Iñaki made us feel very welcome during our stay, what a lovely guy and great music knowledge! John at the bar was a superstar, thank you for your Colombian hospitality! We enjoyed everything the hotel has to offer, highly recommended.

Not a great experience
This hotel is definitely not a 5 star rating In my opinion. Although the hotel is vast with many positives there are definitely a few major issues as follows - we went for for a bed and breakfast option as we always like the option of venturing out to visit other eating venues. Breakfast was great but we did eat dinner in two of the onsite restaurants Montana Steak House and Suena an Chiddo Mediterranean food both we found very poor value for money. I had a RibEye Steak which cost 47 Euros and the fries Mushrooms and sauce were a further 7 euro’s for each one bringing the total cost of my main course 68 Euros. I can honestly say that the quality was no different than you would get In a pub in England. I also had to send my meal back in the Suena Restaurant as it was of a very poor standard. Drinks were also very expensive in all parts of the hotel. To top things off we also found several cockroaches in our room which was a great disappointment. Sorry but not a great experience.
