Hard Rock hotel Tenerife

This was our 4th visit (2nd with Rock Royalty) and the best yet.

We booked for 4 nights to celebrate our birthdays, and emailed ahead to request a room we stayed at previously, alongside some other questions, as we had booked half board but was interested in upgrading to AI.

Firstly, Dave who checked us in and looked after us with the Rock Royalty package was fantastic, he was attentive and surprised us with welcome and birthday treats waiting for us in our room. He was always on hand to ensure if we needed anything, he would be there.

Rock Royalty is a must if you just want that little bit extra, not only do you get stunning high floor rooms with amazing views, you have access to the Rock Royalty lounge for breakfast, teatime snacks and evening drinks. This is included even if you are not on an AI package. You also have a dedicated check in area with a welcome drink, a tote/beach bag and novelty pin badge, as well as a late checkout (subject to availability)

Breakfast in the Rock Royalty lounge provides fresh eggs cooked to order, as well as plenty of cooked and continental breakfast items. We loved the peace and quiet the lounge provides, and the ladies who looked after us at breakfast and at teatime there were fantastic, thank you.

The AI package provides great value for money if you know how to use it effectively. We had cooked to order meals from the splash pool bar, cakes from constant grind (The chocolate chip cookies are amazing!) and drunk plenty of cocktails at the eden pool bar and the lobby bar in the evenings. We would have spent far more buying this on a half-board basis, so if you're not planning to leave the hotel and want the full experience - Go all inclusive!

In the lobby bar, our waitress was Aroa who recognised us from our previous visits was very kind and ensured our drinks were topped up! You can see she clearly works very hard to ensure guests are happy and goes that extra mile to do so.

Other areas that improved since our last visit - The pools being open for longer, snacks provided at the lobby bar during the evening, new machines in the gym, and just in general the level of attentive service that really convinced us that this is our favourite hotel in Tenerife.

The only things I can think of that would enhance the experience, is that the mobile app is very good! I wish we could order drinks to where we are sat via the app, as well as possibly adding a few extra dishes to the fusion restaurant that were included on the all-inclusive basis.

We're already planning our 5th visit for our birthday again next year, thank you and see you next time!

Having just returned from another fantastic stay at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife (11–14 July 2026), I wanted to take the opportunity to thank the entire team for yet another exceptional experience.

We have been visiting the hotel regularly since 2016 and were proud to be among the First Rockers. Every time we return, the resort seems to get even better. The atmosphere, facilities, food, drinks and service continue to exceed our expectations, which is why we keep choosing Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife year after year.

A special thank you to Byron and Jero at check-in. The welcome was warm, professional and incredibly efficient, making the start of our holiday seamless.

At the Beach Club, Cristo and Izabella provided outstanding service throughout our stay, always friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming.

Many thanks also to Enrique in the Snack Bar, and to Daniela and Jhon at Eden Pool, who all worked tirelessly to deliver excellent service with a smile.

We also appreciated the fantastic hospitality from Felix and Maykel at The Third Half, and from Antonio and Lia in the Lobby Bar. Every member of the team made us feel valued and looked after.

The food throughout the resort was excellent, the drinks were superb, and the service around the pools was consistently first class. The atmosphere was brilliant, with a great vibe and fantastic music that perfectly complemented the Hard Rock experience.

Finally, a very special thank you to Aranxta, who, as always, was amazing. Her communication before and during our stay was exceptional, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs perfectly. Her professionalism, warmth and attention to detail are a real credit to the hotel.

Thank you once again to everyone at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife for another unforgettable stay. We always leave with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning again soon.
