A large hotel which is exceptionally clean.. We find the staff to be excellent .We were on HB but opted to upgrade to All inclusive mainly for the use of the 4 visits allowed to the A la carte restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious and very comfortable. Two major disappointments are the main Evening Buffet Restaurant which is incredibly noisy. The food is average in the buffet. Secondly we would have liked to see an adults only section and an adults only bar.
We have booked the a la cartes and will be dining out in the evenings for the rest of our stay We are enjoying the pool areas and would return with our family and grandchildren but not as a couple. The staff and reception are excellent and very professional. We are very fortunate to travel a lot and reccomend the hotel as a good family holiday but as a couple it could be much better with a few tweaks .

Route 66 restaurant manager (I think) was so helpful and knowledgeable his name is rustie I think and our waiter Carlo brilliant also

Everything is good excellent rooms activities specially for kids live music foods pool and their rooms. Excellent service.
Perfection
From start to finish this hotel was perfect in every way,all the staff were exceptional and very welcoming so professional, always had a smile on there face,the rooms spacious and cleaned daily fridge topped up daily,all drinks branded in the all inclusive package,food fresh breakfast dinner and lunch excellent best hotel I've been to for a long time absolute quality.
