FANTASTIC FANTASTIC ❤️
What a fantastic experience. This is my second visit to this hotel ( although I do tend to book H10 group) my last visit was just at the end of COVID restrictions and still wearing masks.I have decided to write this review early because everything and everyone has just been fantastic since we arrived yesterday.I am here with my sister to celebrate her birthday and we got treats in her room ( thank you) I have raved about this hotel to her and it has so far been amazing managed to book all restaurants, shuttle bus and now looking at spa experience.I can not express how wonderful this hotel is.At end of holiday I will update but I think this review says it all if thinking about booking Oh and the staff are so so lovely and helpful.xx

Worst 5 star hotel ive ever stayed in!
First the positives. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable and fridge is well stocked with drinks and a few snacks.
Now the negatives, and there are many.
All restaurants, including the main buffet hall and pool bar are booking only!
There are zero snacks available and you are charged for ice cream, in an all inclusive!
No pool side waiter service, and service in the pool bar is a joke. On an evening drinks are table orders only, I asked 3 separate waiters for a drink and was told theyd inform a colleague, an hour later and still no drink.
Food in the main buffet is very basic, with very little choice, and again, getting a waiters attention is nigh on impossible.
There are 3 a la carte restaurants, but never any availability and the Japanese restaurant only has 2 sittings times.
There is zero atmosphere. No entertainment crew, no evening entertainment, no music around the pool, no engagement from staff at all.
I intend to make a formal complaint to Jet2 as I cannot fathom how this hotel is classed as a five star, ive stayed in 3 star with better service and food availability.

We had an amazing stay, the kids loved the water park and ‘trying’ to catch crabs and fish down at the rocks, entertainment was great, drinks and à la carte restaurants were great. We got the bus into Adeje and aqua land, the bus was very busy but was cheap and pretty straight forward. All the staff were amazing, and work non stop particularly Marcos Gomez and Elizabethe oliveria who were always so friendly and patient with our kids. Would definitely return :)
Very poor customer service
The customer service in this hotel is shocking. We had several issues whilst staying and have emailed them afterwards to have our privilege fee reimbursed but did not receive a response. Examples below:
- There is only a bellboy service between 9-11pm. So what are you supposed to do if your flights are outside of these times? What if you are an elderly couple who can't manage suitcases in your own?
- Staff frequently telling us that poor service / small portion size of food was due to cutbacks that the hotel has been making.
- Premium drinks package. The premium drinks package that you get with the privilege is really poor. Things like Grey Goose vodka or any single malt whiskey are additional extras.
- À la carte restaurants were frequently unavailable even when trying to book in advance.
We gave the hotel the opportunity to put this right before we posted this review but they weren't interested. This is not a 5 star hotel, more like a 3. It's the little things that make your holiday and they get all of them wrong.

Five star plus hotel
First class hotel which I could not fault. One family member is celiac and the care, attention and food selection was outstanding which is obviously so important. The rooms are amazing spotless and the pool was beautiful, perfect temperature with amazing views. Every Member of staff was polite and went out of their way to make our stay memorable which it certainly was one hundred percent recommend this hotel and location for a perfect unwind
