Amazing! Literally paradise & so worth the money!
One of the best hotels i’ve stayed at. Went for 10 nights with my girlfriend & we loved it.
The staff were so polite, so helpful & couldn’t do enough for you, wherever you were in the hotel (pool bar, lobby bar, front desk etc.)
Our room was UNREAL & always cleaned thoroughly. We stayed in a junior suite & it was just top. Views from 90% of the rooms are quality.
They have 2 massive pools, 1 which is a walk in shallow part & the other which is deeper. Right next to them they have a pool bar which have variety of different alcohol, cocktails, hot drinks & soft drinks.
All inclusive food at most hotels are always a bit average but this hotel had such a variety & you never got bored of it.
We spent our birthday here & they even made the effort of bringing us a bottle of whiskey & put a banner on our door whilst they were cleaning.
Being honest the location wasn’t amazing because there wasn’t much around us to walk to, you would have to get cabs or ubers everywhere but they were like 10-20min journeys. Also the entertainment of a night wasn’t the best as it was a singer every night who wasn’t great but that’s my personal preference.
Overall I’d give it a 10/10.
No deposit refunded
As a whole, the resort was lovely. I’m feeling let down by one situation. I had no issue with them taking €250 room deposit, even though it was taken straight from my bank account, I’ve been back a week now and not a sign of this being refunded back to my account even though the staff at reception told us it’ll be back in my account at the latest Monday 13th.
Great, chilled 7 night all inclusive stay !
Just arrived back from a 7 night all inclusive stay at this hotel and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish !
The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was of good quality, fresh and plenty of choice.
Our room was great with decent air con and cleaned daily. The fridge topped up with bottled water daily too.
Pool area was spotlessly clean with towels provided.
Restaurants at the hotel were really good notably the one named Gofia.
My only few cons would be that pool bar could do with a water dispenser so you can just help yourself. I found queuing just for a drink of water was a bit time wasting for us and for the bar staff.
And also snacks such as crisps, nuts, ice cream etc should be provided throughout the day around the pool. It does state on the Jet 2 website that this the case but we were told they are not.
The hotel is a bit remote but we didn’t mind as we wanted a chilled holiday. And that’s what we got. It’s only about 10 euros for a taxi into Costa Ajdeci if you want bars , shops restaurants etc.
All in all, it’s a great chilled holiday and I would definitely return. I have noticed the price has practically doubled though for the same time next year !
Must do better
My stay was quite a mixed bag and certainly did not meet the standard one would expect from what was advertised. The air conditioning in my room did not work on arrival and for 3 out of the 4 days I stayed, leading to a disturbed sleep and therefore unrestorative and stressful stay. When first reported, they sent a maintenance team who fixed the issue promptly. However, it stopped functioning again within 24 hours and a different maintenance team were sent who refused to acknowledge a problem despite their thermometer recording that the air exiting the unit was warm. I was moved to a room a few doors down, which had the exact same issue (the AC units for rows of rooms all seem to be connected to each other rather than individual units) and similarly was not fixed on request and staff (both at the resort and the customer service team via email) essentially tried to gaslight me into thinking the broken air conditioning units were working. If I hadn't brought my small portable fan with me, it would have been unbearable. The toilet flush also stopped working on my second day there. I've never encountered such issues at a resort before, suggesting poor maintenance at the resort. The sea view was just okay - there's quite a messy caravan-style park on the cliffs next to it, so the view is not really worth the extra cost. Otherwise, the staff were generally friendly, especially the housekeeping staff. The food was also good with a range of options, but you need to arrive early as the options run out nearer the end of the buffet times. Nonetheless, I would avoid this resort as you can find these same positives with better maintenance and customer service elsewhere.
Brilliant
Just returned last week, from a fabulous 6 night break Second time back, a d first time after the refurbishment. Familiar faces with the staff, always smiling, and welcoming. Tried the Spa, for a .massage, lovely ladies, sorted out my muscular pain in my back. Definitely going back soon.
