Dip into one of the 4 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including a water slide and a fitness centre. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, an arcade/games room and a television in a common area.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

This is a great hotel. It is ideally placed for the beach and local restaurants and bars and public transport. Please not that there are quite steep hills in this area. The staff were mostly really lovely and all were professional. The food was really excellent. I think it’s the best I’ve had anywhere in a hotel. The room was clean but basic as we were there all inclusive didn’t need the kitchen amenities which were limited. We loved that there were lots of nationalities. In particular quite a lot of French people who were just lovely. There was three pools and lots of entertainment in at the middle pool. The atmosphere was great and if you wanted white you could get it or if you wanted lively it was available.
I’m writing this review while still staying at the hotel, and honestly, I would say don’t be put off by the negative reviews, as the hotel is much better than some reviews make it sound!
The hotel could definitely benefit from some maintenance and refurbishment in certain areas, but the excellent pools and outstanding service really make up for it. The staff are friendly, helpful and always willing to assist, which makes a big difference to the overall experience.
I would particularly like to highlight the issue with the food temperature to the management team. The food is genuinely very tasty, and there is a good selection, but unfortunately, most of the dishes are served cold or only lukewarm. This is the biggest disappointment of our stay and something that really needs attention. It’s a shame because the quality and taste of the food are good, but being able to enjoy a hot meal would make such a difference to the overall dining experience.
Overall, we’re having a lovely stay. The hotel has a lot of potential, and the fantastic pools and excellent service make it a place worth considering. Don’t let the negative reviews put you off completely. our experience has been much more positive than some reviews would lead you to believe. With a little more attention to maintenance and, especially, food temperature, the hotel could be even better.
This is possibly the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. This is barely a 3 star and an insult to other 3 star hotels we have stayed in, which have been much better. It is filthy, our bathroom smells of urine. It is not clean, smells, falling apart, even after the cleaner had been. The bed is broken, the water slide is broken so not open, the pool was closed due to human poo, the restaurant food is poor quality and cutlery dirty. Not sure what positives to point out apart from walk to a beach Play da La Arena, which we couldn’t swim in due to a red flag. I have been complaining to Jet2 holidays all day looking for any alternative! Do not stay here! You will regret it
First off ignore the bad reviews unless you’re very picky and going to look for fault. We went as a family of 3, 2 adults and a 12 year old.
Food was excellent, place was kept spotless around pools, rooms, public areas and restaurants.
Lovely quiet area and nice walk into los gigantes. Bus stop right outside which we used a few times to go to Siam and also the market in Adeje, express bus takes around 40mins and was great and so cheap. We upgraded to a sea view room for 40 euros and it was more than worth it with the sunsets we watched ever night. Entertainment is usual thing, some bad some good. 3 pools one quiet one where most adults without kids chilled at, one kids pool with a slide and another with music and entertainment, plenty loungers. Would definitely return, great value, yes some areas need some work but they are clearly working on things that need rectified, staff were great.
Some of the bad reviews are a bit harsh but in no way is this a 4star hotel. The rooms are a decent size and ours was clean although in need of an upgrade. The food is ok you won’t starve but very repetitive and luke warm, never hot which I don’t understand as it all seems to be fresh. Not a lot of choice for desert but plenty salad and meat/potato/ pasta. The snack bar was self serve and was decent with hamburger/ chicken burger/ pizza and plenty salad. Ice cream was also self serve, great for kids! The drinks in AI were poor, very limited on what alcohol you could get so if you like a cocktail or 2 then definitely upgrade to AI plus. Most of these again were self serve. There is only 1 room available on check out day for all the guests to use for shower ect which you need to book on day of check out. It was fully booked so we had no where to shower and we had a late flight which we thought was a bit poor. There are no other showering facilities available only the poolside toilets which can get quite dirty. And Ester on reception was no help at all! Just basically said tough it’s full!! Not great customer service at all! Overall if you get this on a cheap deal then it’s ok but we won’t be back, to this hotel although we would visit the area again.
