Spring Hotel Vulcano

Was at this Hotel for 7 Nights and Loved this Hotel so much, all the staff from the Reception to the Cleaners were lovely, we also payed for 2 days access to the Up roof top terrace which was a great experience , my only small gripe would be that we were also able to use the Balance terrace and Unfortunately a lot of the Parasols and Sun loungers were broken which ment if you tried to go up later in the day there was very little chance of a bed. Otherwise this is a lovely Hotel and are looking forward to returning at some point

This was our second visit to Spring Vulcano and I have already booked for 2027 with the addition of my 19 year old daughter in a separate room.
Arrival - From the moment we arrived to check in, the experience was very professional and polite. We was given the usual glass of cava as a welcome. We did arrive at 11.45am and our room wasn’t available until 2.30. We was able to put our cases in a secure room and we went off to get a cocktail along the beach. The lovely lady from reception rang us to let us know the room was ready.
Room - This year my husband booked a pool view room with Balance terrace- B&B, upon entering the room I was very,very happy. Everything was immaculately clean and this standard remained for the whole week, maids came in each morning to make beds and refresh everything ( they work extremely hard and always have a smile on their faces) The view we had was lovely, as was the street view we had last year. Air con was very welcoming and did the job. No cockroaches, ants or any other bugs to be seen. The bed was two singles pushed together, with lovely crisp white bed linen- very comfortable. The room at night was very quiet from the moment next door’s entertainment finished at around 11.00pm. Honestly, the best nights sleep all week. The shower was amazing, with the bonus of toiletries if required. I’d be more than happy to have this room again next year. Pool area - we arrived in August, going to the balance terrace at 10.00, we always got a bed but I was shocked with the amount of broken beds up there considering the extra price you pay - which is a considerable amount. I did raise it with a member of staff at the beginning of our holiday and I was assured this was passed on the management. There is beer, shandy and juice on offer, many people don’t drink beer or larger - it would be nice to have a wine or a sangria option on tap or given a daily allowance from the main pool bar? The area around the infinity pool was cleaned to a good standard. The main pool did have a few beds available at 9.30, and there didn’t seem to be a big rush. It’s a very chilled out area. I would love to try the ‘up!’ area but I can’t justify the extra money. Breakfast - mmmmm, I enjoyed this very much. Something for everyone. We was celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary so thought it was more that acceptable to have cava with our breakfast each morning ☺️ can’t fault breakfast at all. The chefs work so hard preparing everything fresh. It’s a bonus that the breakfast is served until 12.00, means you can have a more relaxed morning. We did not eat evening meals here, we have our favourite restaurants along the mile and on the beach front. My one suggestion that could put the cherry on top would be if the hotel provided some entertainment / tribute acts at night. All in all 10/10 and yes I highly recommend if yiu want a peaceful relaxing holiday. *The broken sunbeds have not affected my rating this year because everything else was perfect, however it quite possibly could next year.
