Love this hotel and will definitely return
I stayed at this hotel and I absolutely loved it. I stayed in an accessible room and I would really amazed with the bathroom ,handrails over the toilet and shower areas with a wall seat, lowered mirrors, space under the sink for the wheelchair which was perfect but no storage for my toiletries so I had to put them on the floor. The toilet handrail broke but was fixed ASAP. The balcony was accessible so I was able to sit in the fresh air and soak in he sun. The WIFI around the hotel and the pool area was amazing. This hotel has a pool hoist but it is in the deep end which is disappointing as I cant swim but the the lifeguard very kindly assisted me to get in and out of the pool so I could sit on the pool steps & dip my legs. The hotel has a secure play park which has slides, climbing frames & a football area. The breakfast & dinner buffet was very busy and had a good variety of options available including ice cream cones. The staff at this hotel really friendly & helpful in booking taxis and excursions. The room was cleaned daily and the staff in housekeeping were really nice. I loved this hotel and we definitely stay here again.

The entertainment team, Will, Tery and Lucia, are brilliant! Always plenty to do for all ages and they are great with the kids.
