- Tenerife Holidays
- Playa de Las Americas
- Park Club Europe
Built as a typical Spanish village with an area of 32.000mt², it is the perfect place to enjoy the holidays with family or friends. It has a wide and delicious variety of food and drinks at our buffets, a lot of different daily activities and fantastic night shows for entertainment. All designed to make the most of the experience of our “All Inclusive”. The Park Club hotel is located in the so called “Golden Mile” of Playa de Las Americas, just a few steps from a wide pedestrian promenade with large shopping centers, restaurants, entertainment and varied nightlife. Also, a few meters away is the nearest beach where you can relax and enjoy the warm days on the island.
Dip into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including a water slide and an outdoor tennis court. Additional features at this property include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge).
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Some positives, but unfortunately quite a few disappointments
We recently stayed at this hotel and, while there were some positives, overall we felt there were several areas that could have been much better.
The reception staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The kids’ club staff were also fantastic and really good with the children, which was definitely a highlight.
Unfortunately, the room was one of the more disappointing aspects of our stay. We had a room overlooking the main street, which was a good location, but there was work being carried out underneath our bedroom and we could hear drilling from early in the morning.
There was also no air conditioning in the room, only ceiling fans. The room became extremely hot and stuffy, particularly at night. Despite this, it didn’t put us off enjoying our holiday, but it certainly would have been more comfortable with proper air conditioning.
We also had people in the room above us dragging tables and chairs across the floor at around 2am, as well as from 7–8am onwards. We did complain to reception about the noise and were told they would speak to the guests. Unfortunately, this seemed to fall on deaf ears as the noise continued, which was extremely frustrating and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. The bed was made every day, but the bedding was never changed during our stay and the room was not properly cleaned, particularly the floors. We expected a better standard of housekeeping.
The food was probably the biggest disappointment. Lunch was extremely repetitive, with burgers, chips and hot dogs being the main options and very little variety from day to day. The evening meals were average, although the fresh pizza being made in front of you was really nice and probably the highlight of the food.
The pool itself was good and we enjoyed spending time there, although on some days it was still a struggle to get a sun lounger, with people reserving them early.
Another frustration was the late check-out. We asked about this from the moment we arrived and were told it was something we could request on our last day. When we asked on the final day, we were told there were no rooms available and had to check out at 11am, despite our flight not being until 9pm. This left us with a very long wait before our flight and was particularly disappointing given that we had asked about it from the beginning.
Overall, the friendly reception and kids’ club staff were definite positives, and the pool and location were good. However, the room cleanliness, heat, ongoing noise, food variety and lack of a late check-out option really took away from our experience. We did raise issues with reception during our stay, but unfortunately some of these were not resolved.
We still enjoyed our holiday and didn’t let the issues completely spoil it, but based on our experience, there are definitely areas where the hotel could improve.
i’ve got a lot to say, but I’m gonna start with the entertainment it’s. amazing they do bingo on Sunday and Wednesday and they have showtime in the Plaza every other day and the kids mini disco at 8:30 in the plaza the staff are really nice and funny and the chefs but Alex is really funny all the waiters in the dining room are really nice as well and friendly. and the pool is spotless, the beds are really comfortable and anything you don’t want to take home with you you can put it in the swap box and some people have a balcony looking right onto the pool. I’m sad that I’m leaving, but we are gonna come back. I recommend you come to this hotel.
I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could, we stayed here for 7 nights and didn’t want to leave. The hotel itself was lovely, better than expected, although check in was a bit stressful with having to email a screenshot of your booking and we stayed in F304 which was up a few flights of stairs with heavy suitcases is not ideal and there was no air conditioning in the room so it was sweltering day and night but we had a balcony overlooking the pool which was lovely especially at night with the pool area lit up. The pool and surrounding area is very clean and well tended too and there are plenty of sun loungers so no need to rush to grab one. We discovered a new part of the hotel grounds on day 3 with parrots and Guinea pigs and a whole other salt water pool and slide. There’s also a football pitch, ping pong table, gym area and arcade games inside the hotel. The food was amazing, a large selection for breakfast lunch and dinner including salads meats and cheeses, eggs bacon, pancakes and churros with Nutella, stews, pasta, chicken, ribs, fish and vegetables etc desserts were disappointing however as there’s not a good selection to choose from but a good selection of drinks and you can help yourself to bottles of wine from the fridge which is great but I think what made this hotel so special was the lovely staff, the dining staff were all so lovely and bar staff and the animation team especially, all the hard work and effort they put into entertaining the guests day and night was inspiring. Alex, Lorenzo, Francesca and all the team blew us away with the performances, they work non stop and are so good at what they do, I don’t know how they find the time and manage to put on a good show every night but they do and it was probably the highlight of our trip ending the night with a fantastic show. I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough, it’s great I’d say for young and old, for families, couples and solo travelers and in a great location not far from the golden mile and round the corner from the beach so it’s perfect!
Amazing holiday once again. The animation team are great. They make the holiday. Incredible shows, lots of activities Kids club was loved. I want to give a big shout out to the team, Alex, Francesca, Sophia, Chiara, Lia, Patrick and everyone. Alex your paella and pasta days with sangria were stunning Sophia, Skylar misses you. Highly recommend the hotel
We travelled to Tenerife on 16th October and booked this holiday literally at the last minute. We needed a quick getaway to unwind from everyday life, and with my husband's 40th birthday coming up, it was the perfect opportunity for a little break together. We honestly couldn't have picked a better place!
First impressions and the room
We didn't arrive at the hotel until around 8:45pm, just as the restaurant was due to close. The reception staff were absolutely lovely and told us not to worry about checking in straight away, encouraging us to go and get something to eat first while they continued with our check-in afterwards. That small gesture immediately made us feel welcome after travelling.
Once we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. It was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day, with fresh towels and the beds made up beautifully. Our only small downside was that the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, but this certainly didn't spoil our stay. Our room overlooked the shopping centre and street, which we actually really enjoyed.
The entertainment team – absolutely fantastic! ❤️
After settling into our room, we headed down to watch the evening entertainment. The show was great, but what happened afterwards really made our holiday special.
When the show finished, the entertainment team came over to introduce themselves. They were friendly and welcoming without being pushy, which we really appreciated. Every single member of the team we met was lovely, but a special mention has to go to Fabienne, Alex and Lia.
We had only mentioned the night before that my husband's 40th birthday was coming up, yet the team remembered! On the Saturday night, they even got him up on stage, presented him with a gift bag and gave him a birthday card signed by the whole entertainment team.
It was such a thoughtful gesture, and one we certainly weren't expecting on a three-day break. They also took the time to remember all our names. From the very first day, they made us feel as though we had been there much longer than we actually had.
You can have a beautiful hotel, but it's the people who work there who make the difference, and this team really did that for us. They deserve a massive thank you for making our stay so memorable.
The pools, facilities and food
The pool area was lovely, but we didn't even realise just how big the hotel was until towards the end of our second day!
We went to have a go at rifle shooting with Fabienne and discovered another pool area, complete with slides, a saltwater pool and a little park for the children. There are also animals on site and a fantastic sports area with facilities for tennis, volleyball, football and more. There really is so much more to explore than you initially realise.
The poolside snacks were what you'd expect from an all-inclusive holiday, but there was the added bonus of another area where you could get pasta, salads, bread rolls, casserole and other food options. There was plenty to enjoy throughout the day.
The bars and service 🍹
We only ate out once during our stay, and that was because we decided to go for a walk and have a few drinks while exploring a little of Playa de las Américas.
A special mention also goes to Ramon, the lovely barman. He was always so friendly, more than happy to help with anything we asked, and made sure our drinks were topped up. We never went thirsty! It's staff members like Ramon who add that extra bit of warmth to a holiday.
Our overall experience
Well, I managed to put on 9lb during this holiday, so they must have been doing something right! 🤣🤣
Joking aside, we had an absolutely amazing time. We were only there for three days, but from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt welcome, relaxed and well looked after.
What started as a last-minute getaway turned into a break we will genuinely remember for a long time, and the birthday surprise made it even more special for my husband.
We would absolutely return. In fact, since getting home, I've already been trying to book again for next year, this time bringing my son along for a family holiday because I know he would love it just as much as we did!
I'm even planning to email the hotel directly tomorrow because I'm struggling to find availability for next year. I'd be gutted if we couldn't get back!
A huge thank you to all the staff, especially Fabienne, Alex, Lia and Ramon. You helped make our short break feel special, and we left with lovely memories and a real desire to return.
We genuinely can't wait to come back. Highly recommended! ❤️
