Stayed at parque christobel in tenerife, had an amazing time great hotel, amazing staff and acttiv entertainment team were absolutely fabulous, had the best time and will def6be back again 😄😄😄

An excellent park.
We had a really great time. The staff are very friendly. The entertainment team offers something for everyone. The food is varied, fresh, and good. We didn’t particularly care for the snack options, but they are available—and, of course, you don’t have to choose them. The swimming pools are excellent. Unfortunately, there is a "reserving sunbeds with towels" issue, which is a slight drawback. We visited during a quiet period, so it didn’t bother us, but during peak season, this could certainly be a source of frustration.

Family holiday!!
We had such a great holiday here! We were here for a total of 12 days, 2 families with young kids between the ages of 3 and 11, and everyone had such a great time! We were so surprised by the friendliness of all the staff, and how good they were with the kids of all ages! The service was excellent, and always with a huge smile on their faces. A big thanks to: The ladies from the reception: Alba, Clara, Sofia The guys from the animation team / kids club: Anna, Giulia, Alina, Erika, Sergio The guys from the restaurant/bar: Jorge, Juan, Ventura, Ainhoa, Marco Polo The ladies from the cleaning staff. Our life guard Yanira. And of course all the staff that I didn’t mention or forgot to mention. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable, and see you soon again hopefully! We will be back!!

Food was always lukewarm to cold, undercooked chicken. Multiple dirty towels. Vegetables mixed with pork constantly . Reported stuff to the hotel reception and tui rep. Yet since I have been home and made tui aware. They are stating nothing was logged. Therefore, if you stay here and need to make complaints about anything please make sure they go into the system and actually log it. Coach arrived earlier, the phone rang and I answered it instead of carrying on out to leave. I said ok I’m on my way as I said where told 9am the lady said ok. I put the phone down. When putting the phone down I heard her speak again but it was too late. The coach driver turned around and said. Very nice talk in the phone. I have no idea what was said. But do they want me to stand there having a conversation on the phone or put the phone down when I said ok I’m coming now.! My children asking me why he spoke to me like that… Soft drinks taste cheap and not the original. Lifeguards like to leave the poolside where they are watching and walk to the other pool to chat to each other. Don’t go around barefoot. As class got smashed by a clean and she picked up the big pieces to bin then swept the rest over the edge. The green area by the bungalow. It’s just a standard hotel and can massively improve loads. Especially within the dining areas. To keep the food fresh and piping hot…
