Of course it's not just about how many amenities a hotel has, but how good they really are. For instance, the H10 Las Palmeras has three swimming pools, including the children's pool, and they're all wonderful. AWESOME!
Been here many times before. This latest trip has been just as superb as the others. Room 729 is excellent with a million dollar view. Drinks and food as fabulous as always. Laura Iris and all of the entertainment team were also fabulous keeping us happy and entertained all day. Location 5/5 weather 5/5 food 5/5 hotel 5/5. Back as soooon as possible por favor Keefee

Fun fun fun
Hotel was spotless as usual and our room was immaculate every day. The food was amazing and the entertainment staff Laura and Iris were superb! Can’t wait to revisit soon 😊

Very noisy
Here now upon check in literally asked for a room not close to the dubliner etc and thats exactly where they put us right above the bar no sleep...came away for a relaxing break after a hard year! No plugs beside the beds in the rooms very little plugs actually Nice bug under the pillow as soon as we got to the room also

Location was great, staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were small but ok the down side was very little storage, 3 draws inside one double wardrobe with no hanging space longer than will take a shirt, so no hanging for dresses etc. very small veranda but ok for 2 people. We went all inclusive but the food was not very good, most of it overcooked / burnt, my husband caught a stomach bug and a day later I had food poisoning bad enough to have to go hospital for an IV of electrolytes and pain killers. Finally, the pièce de résistance , a cockroach in our bedroom , on the 4th floor! It does not deserve 4 stars it could have 3 or maybe 2.5. We would not come back.
At Least Dick Turpin Wore a Mask
I was gifted a stay at H10 for my birthday, and unfortunately, what should have been a lovely experience turned into an extremely disappointing and expensive ordeal.
On arrival, the receptionist was professional and accommodating. However, I was asked to produce the card used to make the original booking, which I didn't have access to, as the stay had been a gift.
I was initially informed that if I paid for the room, the original payment would be refunded to the person who had booked it. I was happy to do this on that understanding. I was then told that the original booking was non-refundable and that I would have to pay an additional €509 to secure the room.
As a result, €1,018 was paid for the room. I was disgusted at being put in a position where I effectively had to pay twice for the same accommodation, particularly when I had been given the impression that the original payment would be returned.
At least Dick Turpin wore a mask! After this experience and the amount I ended up paying, I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel. Michelin-star prices might be one thing, but being left feeling that you've paid twice for the same room is quite another.
I hope H10 takes this complaint seriously and reviews how situations like this are handled, so that other guests don't have the same experience.
