This luxurious apartment hotel is located in the south of Tenerife, between Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas. It has fantastic views of the Golf Course and Atlantic Ocean. The airport is just a bout 15 minutes’ drive away. There are public transportation links a few steps from the hotel and offer bus service to the area's tourist attractions. Guests will have the opportunity to rest in the outdoor pool area sunbathing, relaxing under the shadow of an umbrella or having a refreshing swim. The rooms decorated with bright and soothing colours are equipped with all the needed amenities for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Amazing experience
So I went with a family of 3 and it is an amazing place to be! Nice hot summer weather. The pools were amazing with different activities each day. And the nighttime entertainment was amazing with each night. Thanks to Renate, Sueli, Shelby and Ismael for planning these entertaining nights.

Nice for families and not vegetarians
It was a nice enough hotel. Had 3 pools. The room was really nice. Since we were just a couple we had the upstairs as a lounge and we had an end complex so we got a bigger ground floor patio. Some units had 4 flights of stairs to get to get to it. Recommend the golf view as we weren't in the middle of the complex. Very great if you have children. Lots of entertainment for them and other children there. The food was quite rubbish. It wasn't very seasoned and quite a let down. They didnt make any vegan or vegetarian mains. It was only sides and vegetables. So you'll end up eating a lot of chips, even though we asked ahead about vegan options. Everything is labelled with allergens. It was all quite clean. Apart from the fake grass next to the pools. It gets quite gross towards the end of the day. Like brown ish mud and food in it. They clean this every morning. The photos for the hotel include an indoor pool, this is not included and you have to pay an extra 20 euros a day to access that. The arcade is quite expensive and loud. Hotel staff are very lovely. It was a lovely holiday though, but we did go out a lot. Its quite out the way. Its half an hour walk to the nearest beach and you have to walk through some sketchy areas. But taxis are cheap and the hotel reception orders them for you.
Fantastic Holiday with Happy Memories
We came here on a family holiday from 29/8 - 5/9 as a family of 3. We had a fantastic time! The resort is beautiful, lots of activities to do all day we hardly felt the need to go elsewhere. The day time activities and night time entertainment was great and kept us very entertained. The foam party was our favourite day time activity and the raffle was our favourite in the night time. We were lucky to win prizes 8 times. Big shout out to the entertainment team Renate, sueli, shelby and ismael for making our holiday extra memorable ❤️ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Location was out of the way is quite a walk to anywhere used taxis quiet alot.. as soon as we arrived our room wasnt ready and also wasnt ready at the allocated check in time all others that arrived with us was in the rooms.. whilst sat waiting there was a massive kick off. Terrible language used and police called wasnt a promising start after this we witnessed another two kick off between people.. we had a child that screamed and cried all night long keeping us all awake.. food was very disappointing.. long waits around very small buffet.. people vaping around the pool also one of the pools was closed for two days.. best part about the holiday was entertainment and the entertainment staff
Not a 4 star stay
Just got back from a week stay here at the Gran Oasis. Had a lovely time, however I wouldn't say this was a 4 start stay.
When we first arrived to our appointment, it was ok clean wise. The floor looked like it hadn't been mopped for a few days, there was dirty socks under the sofa bed and a few bits on the floor downstairs.
On the 2nd night, whilst getting ready for the night entertainment, the electric kept tripping, my husband being an electrician with OCD tried his best to look into it. We ended up having to turn the power off to the bathroom, meaning I had to get ready without a mirror as there was no sockets close to a mirror in the bedroom. We reported this and was told they will get someone to look at it. Come the next night it was worse, so once again we reported it and they again said someone will sort it, come the next night again and returned to the room with no electricity. We managed to get it working so we could get dressed so once again we reported it, they tried saying it was because we had stuff plugged in, we explained we had nothing plugged in just their air con and fridge. I tried to explain the importance of needing power as I'm a type 1 diabetic and need to charge my pump. They promised they would get someone to look at it his time. Guess what they never did. My husband learnt it was the air con unit that was causing it to trip so we had to turn the unit off fully.
The all inclusive food wasnt the best. There was very little choice and very little room to move round. The food did lack flavour too. The cocktails were premade and tasted very watered down. Not the best unfortunately.
The showers in the toilet area by the pool was freezing cold so just be warned if you use them you may scream haha. The pool is very deep, as 5ft 1 woman who can't swim, I couldn't even stand up. I had to use my 6 year old nephew waddle. Also if you want sunbeds be there no later than 630am to reserve beds.
Unfortunately we wouldn't return, also just be worn there is a ridiculous amount of steps. I counted one night over 100 steps to get to our apartment.
