Rip off bar
Only complaint we had was that your room key is used as a tab for your drinks. When you purchase your drinks at the bar they tap your card but you never get a receipt. At the end of your stay you get you bill. They were charging 10 euro for a whiskey and 10 euro for a vodka. You can go outside to ang bar for half the price or bring your own. This put a bit of a bad feeling. Otherwise most was ok
Good hotel
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The environment was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy my stay.
What really stood out was the amazing staff, a special mention to; Frank who was professional and attentive, Saskia was warm and friendly, Pedro was efficient and helpful, and Yanelica went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their excellent service truly made my visit memorable, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others
Brilliant holiday
Stayed for a week the start of July wish we stayed longer!! Very clean and tidy hotel. Food was good and drinks were good. First time away with a toddler and she loved it. Big thank you to acomar and the woman entertainer I didn’t catch her name! Yous were brilliant!! Thanks for a great holiday! We will be back!

Great hotel, good location, atmosphere and value for money, always clean however service is slow in the restaurant and pool bar. Entertainment around the pool was good acomar was funny
