We would like to inform you that according to our new Green & Smart programme, starting next Summer 2023 season our Coral Suites & Spa (as per 11.04.2023) will be converted into “NON-SMOKING” hotel, which means that smoking is not allowed in the hotel premises, except for one designated outdoor smoking area adjacent to the Hotel Reception / Entrance of the complex, fitted with seating and ashtrays.

Nice hotel
Hotel is lovely well cared rooms are spacious for and staff are lovely as well very helpful. Always something to eat at the buffet on all inclusive and drinks are help yourself from drinks station only issue I would raise is your wristband is your key to room and checkout at 11am if you are on a late flight they cut the wrist band off and you don’t have access to food or drink all that day they said you can book a late check out room the day before but always unavailable a lot of people complaining about it although there is a shower room available le 3 showers they need hooks in as you have to put clothes etc in the floor. And they get wet could do with hooks or shelf in there Also a luggage room to put your cases

Overall experience very good
I’m not one to normally leave reviews but wanted to leave some feedback for future holiday makers. We stayed all inclusive for 11 nights as a family of 4 adults. Hotel was lovely and clean although my daughter’s room did get cockroaches on an evening when mention to staff they were quick to deep clean the room. Staff were lovely and friendly, hotel isn’t huge which again was an advantage, plenty of sunbeds and daily towel change if required. A few slight downsides the food could have been better, sometimes it was cold and slightly undercooked, they did have theme nights but not always a vast choice. The night before we left we were told we could only get 2 drinks at a time, so 2 people had to go to the bar to order drinks for the 4 of us (This was only one bar staff who mentioned this). The key cards are on your wristbands which were a nightmare to use at times taken several attempts to access your room plus they take your wrist bands off when you check out at 12pm so we couldn’t get any drink/food although we didn’t leave until 18.35pm. We always stay all inclusive and can normally use the facilities until leaving. We didn’t arrive until 22.45pm no food was offered on arrival despite it being a long day of travelling, we could quickly get a drink before the bar closed at 23.00pm. I think this hotel could be fantastic if these few niggles were ironed out, my review would have been 5 stars otherwise.
Not recommended, too many teenagers.
The hotel is very clean, and the food is excellent. It is in a great location, as it is far enough away from the main strip, however this hotel is advertised as an adult-only hotel. There were a lot of very young teenagers, which was not a problem during the day, but come the very early hours of the morning, the teenagers made a lot of noise, fighting and shouting, which kept me and my wife awake. When I told the receptionist, they just told me that unless I got the room numbers, they could do nothing about it. As a seventy-year-old, I am not going to go looking for louts who are fighting with each other. We pay extra for adult-only hotels, and that is what I expect. I would not recommend this hotel to older people, as you will get no sleep.

Great location
Just back from a week stay at hotel, Hotel is kept to a high standard of cleaning throughout. All staff apart from a female at reception were very nice and friendly. We stayed b+b, food was nice, not the biggest of choices but still enough. You are very close to plenty of eating places so lots to choose from. Location is great, a 2 mins walk and you are in the heart of Las Americas. Plenty of sunbeds so it was great to not have to do the usual rush. We spent most of the holiday up at one of the rooftop sundecks. There is 3 sundecks and one has work going on so unfortunately for 4 days, bob the builder and his mates made lots of noise. Rooms are great, very spacious and balcony was a great size, had two longers plus a table a chairs. Was always kept clean by our fantastic cleaner. 4 out of our 7 days were fantastic but unfortunately the last 3 weren't. Not really the hotels fault to a degree. I was sitting outside on the terrace at front of hotel to get abuse shout at me from one of the hotel balcony's, so some guest brought the hotel down and when you tried to say at reception, I was waved away and the female at reception was not interested even though you could see I was upset. Also please if someone from the hotel reads the PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE BANGING OF ROOM DOORS. Some type of padding around the door frame would help as hearing doors bang until 4am is not acceptable at all . I would think about staying here again, just at a different time when it's not an 18-30 hotel.

Gorgeous hotel
Fabulous hotel and staff. Reception staff were amazingly helpfull as my husband was rushed to hospital on 2nd day and was only released the afternoon before we flew home . I am so gratefull to all of them especially Tamara who went the extra mile those first few days helping and supporting me as l was distraught. Thankyou. The hotel is lovely and very clean and modern . Pool area is gorgeous . Rooms are very spacious . Foid was very nice indeed . The restaurant staff were very professional. The hotel is just minutes away from everything location us perfect. I would very reccomend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.... added bonus adults only.
