The delightful apartment complex enjoys a prime setting in Playa de Las Americas, on the exciting island of Tenerife. The complex is situated just 800 metres from Playa de las Vistas Beach, and within easy access of the main attractions that the area has to offer. Set amidst the grounds of the Las Americas golf course, the charming complex is the perfect choice for sports enthusiasts and those who enjoy a leisurely game on the green. The delightful complex enjoys a contemporary style, with a bright exterior evoking a sense of serenity and tranquillity. The apartments are beautifully appointed, and come complete with modern amenities for added comfort and convenience. The apartments offer a relaxing home away from home in which to completely unwind. The complex affords guests a number of excellent facilities, catering to the needs of every type of traveller. Loft rooms are situated on the second floor of the building without any other access to it than by staircase. They are skylight rooms with a distribution similar to studios. No balcony nor terrace are available for this type of rooms.

Don't listen to the bad reviews!
We arrived around 11pm on 25th August for a week. Got checked in quickly by a security guard and given a Loft room 350. The room itself had everything you would need but no outside space. Just 2 beds a couple of comfy armchairs a table with chairs. Everything you would need to cook a decent meal and a kettle and Air Con. I had to go to reception the following morning to get the WiFi code so enquired about an upgrade. The ladies on reception were very helpful and offered me a Swim up room, however this wasn't going to be available for another day at a cost of €275 for the 5 remaining nights. I paid for the room upgrade and was asked to come back to reception the following day after 11am. We checked out of the loft room and left our things in the luggage room and our new swim up room was ready around 2.30pm.
The room was AMAZING ( 113). Absolutely massive, fully equipped kitchen with oven as well as all the other things the loft apartment had. We spent most of the remainder of our time in our room and the cleaners came every day. Both rooms 350 and 113 were spotless. Very comfy beds, the hairdryer in both rooms were really good ( the best I've had in any hotel before )
We had a drink in the bar every night before heading out. The staff in the Bar/Restaurant were amazing Especially Julio or (Mr Venezuela) we called him,he was always helpful and kind. We ate here a few times and the food though quite expensive was of a very high standard. On the last day I ordered a Chicken baguette and the staff happily wrapped the remainder for me to eat at the airport.
Overall I think this is a really good hotel. The staff were helpful at all times. The rooms, pool and restaurant are spotless.
A couple of tips I would give to management: Allow cash payment at the bar and restaurant . (I think the staff would benefit from more tips that way) Offer a complementary bottle of water on arrival. ( most guests arrive late evening and would save the hunt for 24r supermarket to buy water )
If I were to come back to Tenerife I would definitely stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE
DO NOT STAY HERE! Hotel is stinking- had to beg for clean towels everyday, beds not changed the entire week we were there even though we asked daily. Construction work daily from 8am - drilling, tile cutting etc fair enough they are trying to update the place which is much needed but it’s an actual building site. The pool itself is in need of updating it’s so dangerous with missing tiles all over the pool and the edges of the entire pool remain unfinished which has left sharp edges. Save your money and book elsewhere!
Great Stay
We stayed in apartment 271. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment. It has so much space and 2 bathrooms (one upstairs one downstairs) . It’s huge. A very well equipped kitchen. They have thought of everything you need to cook for a family. They had tea towels and washing up liquid also. The bathrooms had plenty of toilet roll, hand soap shampoo/body wash. There are plenty of towels and the housekeeping team will give you clean if you ask them. The hotel itself was great and had everything you need for self catering. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because although they have things going on(bingo, mini club for children) it’s not very clear that these things are going on. And it all finishes early. It’s all very low-key. (Perfect if you have a very young family ) but should you want more of a night the main strip is a 20 min walk. I have to defend the housekeeping team. As before I arrived some comments stated how dirty the place was. I have to say this is the cleanest self catering I have stayed in. The housekeepers come everyday ,except on a sat I recall. They take pride in their hotel throughout the whole place, not just the rooms and I can only think the guests that said it was dirty were annoyed about something else, as I believe this to be untrue. They work tirelessly. The hotel itself may not be perfect but it’s cosy clean and has everything you need. Thank you for our stay
No aircon.
If you are put in rooms 323 or 176, ask to move rooms immediately. Arrived in late afternoon to find a singe aircon unit in room 323. Problem is you need the window open to use it so you either get bitten alive by bugs or you melt. We had the option to move rooms which we paid €200 to upgrade as staying in this room for a week would have been unbearable! We then got put int room 176 which was a garden room which was a win, expect throughout the week we had to ask to get our aircon switched back on constantly. The women at the front desk were unapologetic, rude and hostile. We asked for a partial refund as we wasn’t getting what we paid for and got shoved off and told no. In my opinion, aircon is a bare minimum requirement from a hotel when you visit a hot country.
This is unfortunate as the room itself, the pool and other facilities on site were very good. It has a supermarket across the street and close proximity to the beach, bars and restaurants.
