Best Tenerife

Location was perfect. Very close to shops, restaurants and bars. Staff were all lovely, so polite and hardworking. Had a few laughs with them. The restaurant guy who directed us to tables during our stay was so lovely and helpful. We had a pool view room on 2nd floor which was completely adequate. Very spacious, lots of storage space. The bathroom unfortunately wasn't great for my disabled husband. There was over the bath shower, which was great, I must say, but he struggled to get into the bath and stand to shower unaided. We did previously request a walking shower but as the hotel full we were unable to change, though we booked the holiday 12 months previously. Didn't stay every night for entertainment but when we did, typical holiday style, apart from the Rock Show with the motorbikes was amazing. The cleaners were lovely, beds made daily which was great. Cleanliness, no issues. Yes could ve updated but didnt spoil our holiday. The food was lovely, always something there for me to eat as an exceptionally fussy eater. Loved the whippy icecream machine 😊 Snack bar by the pool had a good selection of foods daily, the normal hot dogs, burgers, chips, salad but also hot foods daily too. Sunbeds an issue unfortunately, but do as they do, got up at 5.30am to reserve beds, but not like others, we stayed on the beds from 7.30am-8am until 5pm daily - the only negative we had. Would definitely return! Good value for money!

Stayed here mid August as a family of 4. Having read the reviews we were very sceptical, and rightly so.

Hotel reception was clean, beautifully decorated, reception staff were friendly and check in was very quick even though we arrived late.

Room We were located on the first floor and were let down by how the room looked, chippings around door frames, skirting boards, laminate flooring was needing replaced the boards were not joined together & coming apart, paint repair jobs were noticed on the walls, stain on the curtain. The bathroom was clean & looked like it had been recently re-done. The air con wasn't overly great either & the view just looked out over outdoor plants. Beds & room were cleaned everyday, you could also hear the night time entertainment from our room.

Restaurant This area was quite spacious, chairs could have been replaced as the faux leather had wear & tear damage didnt set the tone of the Restaurant. The food was very lukewarm with us even being down at 1st thing, we were greated by waiters/ waitresses and shown to our table however our drinks order was not taken, staff were very to quick to lift plates / glasses made us feel rushed, also everything in the hotel was card only, there were also themed food each evening I.E Italian/ Chinese

Also be aware there are sections of the hotel / bar / restaurant which are for all inclusive guests only, these places have signs beside them

Outside / Pool area This was kept clean & tidy plenty of tables to sit at, pool was cold but the kids had a blast and inflatables were allowed in the pool, and of course the usual sunbed wars / reserves are what you would expect, the bridge over the pool was closed off no access.

Animation Team They did a really good job of entertaining the kids very friendly from daily pool activities to evening entertainment, our kids loved this the evenings that we stayed in.

Hotel is located beside a supermarket & most shops / bars / restaurants are within walking distance.

This hotel could do with a major revamp. When checking out this hotels over a bag drop & also you can allocate a 30 min time slot to get a wash & freshened up, this can only booked on the morning of your departure.

We would love to get to back to Tenerife again however we wouldn't book this hotel.

Where do I start on this just got home and to be honest couldn't wait !! I honestly gutted I saved up all year for this hoilday ... Evening food was okay but not hot Day time food round pool terrible same food every day just horrible
5 ice creams where free on sign for the all-inclusive all the slush drinks and all the other nice !! Ice creams & popcorn u had to pay for . Avoid the little shop in hotel very rude owner she wants cash and when u pay by card she starts talking in her own language so I left and went to the shop out side the hotel much cheaper too . Loud music like trance music every day big speaker in-between pools I don't mind music but this was loud !! And terrible choice of music. The life guard well what can I say she is no lifeguard always had her head in her phone instead of watching the children and on last day she shouted at my 9 year girl for spashing her so when I went over to see whats going on she said my phone nearly got wet !!! Absolutely disturbing to say the least
Beware of family ground floor rooms too there disgusting have photos to share this hotel is not 4 * 3 at a push Avoid this hotel Absolutely ruined my experience on going with jet 2 at moment oh and one more thing u have to get up at 5.30 / 6am if u want a sunbed round the pool other wise the pool man says to late all gone that was us on first day so we went to beach and lady kindly Saif u need to get up early ....
