Going back
Looking forward to going back in december for our 12th visit yet it will be our 2nd this year.The best thing the hotel as done is dropping off bus in las americas as partner as had recent open heart surgery .The staff are all friendly and the rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels daily.The food you carnt fault even if you were a fussy eater.The time we had problems with a group of men next door to us at 1 in the morning the security team dealt with it very quickly.The one problem we had and hopefully as been changed is the orange juice in the morning which was very weak .people around us were also disappointed with it .so please paradise change your orange supply by december .So looking forward to coming back in December as partner is getting a lot better now.

Great family friendly hotel
We came here a couple of years ago as a family and returned this year, it is a lovely hotel, you cannot fault the food and the pools are great.
Best experience ever
Mariusz Nowak is the best. Holiday is wonderful but would not be as good if it wasn't for Mariusz. Nancy is also lovely, I feel in love with this woman. Recommended 100% and never go to any other place.

Paradise Palace
Paradise Palace is absolutely wonderful! It is such a nice place, the food is fantastic, and the entire staff is incredibly welcoming. A special thanks to Mariusz, who went above and beyond to make our experience truly great. Highly recommended!"
