Great experience my girlfriend and I where here last year we loved it we decided to come back
Another fun trip
Another great stay at the Paradise Park. So well looked after by all the staff - they must be the friendliest and most genuine team in Tenerife! From the restaurant team with Alfonso, Juan Carlos, Lorena, Roberto and the bar staff Juan Jesus, David and the hilarious Jose. Big shout out to the animation team too for making the stay so fun. Cesar's quizzes are always fun and his energy off the chart. Victor is an absolute star and brings the fun to all the activities and takes care to include everyone and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is having fun. Great acts this year too. Batty, Jimmini and Lucia also were fab. Great job paradise park!
Seriously think hard and fast before booking this hotel
Well it most certainly isn’t a 4 star holiday. The hotel is very dated and it clearly doesn’t get much maintenance on a regular basis. Loose plant on the walls, serious loose masonry on the outdoor stair wells to the room. Trip hazards on some steps around the outside bar that require new hazard tape adding. The shower is awful. The shower head needs replacing as does the tiles in the bathroom. I could go on but I won’t. I would most certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The food is mediocre and the dining room is not big enough for the amount of people who want to eat there. Very disappointing.
There is ‘entertainment’ in the evening but it is not good. There is no family fun games in the evening or during daytime.
I feel very cheated having been at this hotel, and it’s safe to say I won’t be back.

Great hotel, great place to visit. Great for coeliacs
Fantastic hotel. My wife is coeliac and got to order from a set menu every lunch and evening. At breakfast she got a gluten free basket every morning and toast if requested. Buffet was always clearly labeled. Boiled eggs, bacon, fried eggs, omelettes all gluten free but obviously a slight risk of cross contamination. Drinks are branded. Koppaberg, jim beam etc. Pools, entertainment, cleaning all Fantastic. Will definitely return
