Coral Los Alisios

I was skeptical after reading the reviews but you get what you pay for. All the staff are lovely. Maids keep everywhere super clean. The apartments are well kept and spacious. Lots of fun around the pool. Music wasn't too loud, just right actually and was a good playlist. Pool was heated this time of year which was a plus. We were lucky we got an apartment with air con which was lovely even in October however looking around there aren't many (B103). It was busy around the pool so can't imagine what it was like in the height of summer. But honestly I haven't anything negative to say other than some areas were a bit tired in our apartment like some flaking paint. But the water pressure was great, everything kept clean and the maids are fantastic. It is up quite a significant hill from the beach but there's lots of bars and restaurants 1/4-1/2 way down. Overall, would come back. We're a family with a 2 year old and cot was available and in great condition , the maid even organised his things in his cot as she made ours. Quiet overnight.

The hotel staff are amazing, I do not want to take away from them but if you are disabled and in need of a mobility scooter for your holiday think twice at this hotel they do not allow them to be charged and will remove them from the block and leave them outside the hotel gates! We came here last year and loved every bit of this hotel but new manager seems to discrimate against disabled people! Every time I have asked to speak to the manager they are conveniently not around! Sadly, we won't be back! Absolute disgrace to be made to feel my disability is an issue!

Now don’t get me wrong if your not disabled this is really good value hotel. I have seen lots of comments about the HILL !!!!!! and getting to and from the hotel is a struggle for a lot of people but personally if your not disabled or struggle walking in general then its probably a breeze for you. However my mum is disabled and a blue badge holder. And that’s were the problems started. they flat out refuse to cater for disabled people and the managements attitude is if you are then you should know better than to book here. So on arriving I said to reception that prior to attending our family holiday we had tried through jet2 and their own website to request a ground floor appartment as my mum is disabled and struggles with stairs and hills they said that’s fine we have put her in the second floor apartments but whatever. Fast forward a day and apparently she is NOT I repeat NOT!!!! Aloud any sort of scooter to get around on again bearing in mind they are situated in top of a massive hill and there is a million steps to get down to the pool area etc. they never told us prior to ordering one that they are banned for all people of any disability regardless you must not approach the hotel in one let alone charge one up. This is very disappointing of the situation but more so is the cold hearted attitude of the staff and management so much so that whilst I was being told off for booking one so that my severely disabled mother can get about places other than the hotel was made to feel like something they scraped off their shoes and without any doubt that it must not come anywhere near the hotel grounds because if was we and the scooter will be ejected from the hotel. Further more whilst this was happening I was informed from another disabled guest that they was treated in the same way except they didn’t seek advice prior to ordering one and woke up in the morning to the mobility scooter gone missing from the complex and simply dumped out side the complex ready for any one to go past and steal the scooter they had signed for. Over all very disappointing experience on the disabled side but if you have no disability issues then … like I said very good. Value for a families and people with no disability
