This amazing hotel is located in Los Cristianos, Tenerife. The airport is conveniently close, about 15 minutes away by car. There are plenty of entertainment venues, restaurants, cafés and bars nearby. Guests will love to spend the day in the outdoor pool area since they can enjoy the sun sunbathing, relax on a sunbed under the shadow of an umbrella or have a swim in the pool. The bar invites each traveller to taste the delicious beverages and snacks they have to offer. If they prefer, they can go to the restaurant for a delicious breakfast or dinner. The comfortable rooms have been perfectly equipped with all the essential amenities and are nicely decorated so visitors are able to have a wonderful time in town.

Worsest hotel ever
Worsest hotel ever rude staff,have to pay for internet and is overly expensive never will I go back to this stupid expensive place
A basic clean hotel
No air conditioning meant we had to have the patio door open at night with the fan on to cool the place down. Doing that meant we heard all the noise from the hotel from people up later than us enjoying music and a chat and kids kicking balls about by the pool below until about midnight or 01.00 We hired an air conditioning unit at extra cost and paid the hotel €30 for the electricity we would use for 10 days. Sitting in a subbed here can’t happen until 10 with a strict pool closure in place from 18.30. The pool staff lacked any kind of customer service skills. If you want a cushion for your subbed, you have to pay a charge, most people, including us, didn’t bother. The bar staff were good with good prices for drinks. This is not a place that will wow you but certainly not one that will spoil your holiday.
Family holiday in aug
The hotel was basic- clean and staff were friendly. It could do with an upgrade- we told staff about our balcony door not locking but nothing was done about it. The pool area was clean and the system for sunbeds was good.. we always got a bed. The pool could do with being bigger- it has a pointless island which without it would make the pool bigger. We also feel wifi should be included.. you have to pay extra for this. The safes are not in the rooms which is annoying. There is a safe room which you get a key for after paying a deposit. No air conditioning but the ceiling fans are pretty good. I wouldnt recommend the pool bar food... we had pizza and chips and it was awful. We didn't eat there again. The hotel has a good location... near lots of bars and restaurants. Around a 15 min walk to the beach. Overall good hotel.. but could be better.
Sunbeds put away too early.
Why start putting away empty sunbeds from 4pm? And why be so noisy doing it? Had to come up room, couldn't stand the noise! Too early. The days not over yet.
Disappointed
A bit disappointed with this hotel The rooms need a real makeover. There is no air-conditioning over head ceiling fans. It just gets really warm. We booked for 10 days just room only. Wednesday and Thursday we had no cleaners. We was told that you could get clean towels from the reception which we did the pool area gets very crowded sunbeds are unlocked at 10 am they are placed round the pool by two workers people just wait and put their towels on as a chairs are laid down there is no room in between each chair as they are pushed tight up to each other. The pool itself was kept quite clean. The kids liked the pizzas, chips and onion rings and hotdogs staff were very nice that served you went to the restaurant for breakfast one morning it is a buffet it’s cost €12. The better value is getting a breakfast when the outside opens. It only cost €7. we ate every night out there are lots of restaurants nearby within 10 minutes walk we inquired about keeping the room till 4 pm on the day of our departure has We was not getting picked up till 8 pm we was told to come back on the day of our departure to be told no you can’t so we have to be out of the room by 12 am they do have a locker room for your suitcases and a shower room? The bar in the hotel shuts early which is a bit disappointing when sometimes you fancy a quick nightcap on returning to the hotel overall, we won’t be returning this hotel although the location is very good
