This luxury hotel is located on the southwest coast of the island of Tenerife, in the town of Alcalá, Guía de Isora, within 5 minutes of Los Gigantes on the seafront. It is only 60 minutes from the capital of the island, Santa Cruz and only 40 minutes from National Park of Las Cañadas del Teide, where the highest peak in Spain, at a height of 3,718 m, is located. A particular highlight of the area is its eternal spring-like climate, with average annual temperatures of 21ºC. The hotel is also only 35 minutes from Tenerife South Airport.
Its building, which features a Neo-Classical style, is embedded in perfect harmony with the natural environment. It offers a wide range of services and facilities and is designed to satisfy the most discerning traveller and those looking to enjoy an unforgettable experience. The establishment welcomes guests in its lobby. Other features include an auditorium, games room and conference facilities. Food and drink are served at the establishment's 6 restaurants and guests will enjoy Nemos Lounge Bar, which offers live music 6 nights a week for piano lovers and the best modern jazz fusions. Guests can stay connected thanks to the wireless Internet access provided. A laundry service is also available, as is a car park where vehicles can be left.
The hotel has 94 suites and 6 magnificent private villas. Luxurious en suite bathroom amenities include a shower and hairdryer. A minibar (subject to an additional charge), mirror, daily newspaper and coffee making facilities (Nespresso) also feature. Guests can make use of their accommodation's flat-screen 32-inch TV and adjustable clock radio with iPod or iPhone docking station. There are also individual special reading lamps integrated into the headboard, individually controlled air conditioning, a sofa bed, private terrace or balcony, Internet access (wired and wireless) and a safe. An ironing set is also provided in all accommodation units.

Another 5 star experience in every sense!
Our 3rd visit — and our best trip yet!
Rooms, restaurants and entertainment were as excellent as ever, but what really makes this hotel special for us is the people and the exceptional service they provide, both before arrival and throughout the stay.
Red Level is what sets the experience apart. A couple of weeks before arrival, Denis kindly arranged our preferred restaurant reservations at times that suited us perfectly — many thanks for making this so easy.
Check-in was seamless, overseen by the lovely Vero, who ensured our specific room and location request was honoured. Head Butler Jose then showed us to our room and, within five minutes, we were by the pool with a cocktail in hand — exactly how a holiday should begin! Jose is a real credit to the hotel. You’ll regularly see him around reception and the pool area, chatting with guests and making sure everyone is looked after.
The pool bar team are, without exception, fantastic. They work incredibly hard to ensure you always have everything you need — and often anticipate things you didn’t even realise you wanted. Drinks service to your lounger was attentive, quick and always delivered with a smile.
This year we chose a garden room with a large terrace leading directly onto the Red Level pool, which was a fantastic choice. We could enjoy drinks and food either at our loungers or delivered straight to our terrace — a real luxury and a big plus.

Carlos is a true star when it comes to evening bar service. We’ve seen him every year and he always has such a cheerful attitude while being incredibly efficient, even during the busiest evenings. Karen was another highlight and we enjoyed chatting with her.
We always choose the All Inclusive option, which works perfectly for us. We come away to relax and perfect our sun-lounging skills, so we don’t feel the need to leave the hotel. The Red Level All Inclusive option includes premium spirits, cocktails and menu items such as chateaubriand and lobster, which attract supplements on other packages.
The gardens and all areas of the hotel were immaculate. You constantly see staff sweeping pathways, maintaining the grounds and ensuring everything looks perfect. Every member of staff we passed greeted us with a cheerful “Hola”
We met some wonderful people during our stay and will definitely return — first and foremost because of the long-serving team members who remember guests year after year and make the experience so special.

Didn’t want to leave!
The Red Level experience exceeded all expectations. From the dedicated reception on arrival, I felt relaxed and looked after, from the second we arrived. The room was huge, modern and very well looked after. The outside terrace with whirlpool bath and 2 sundress with direct access to the Red Level, adults only, pool was simply amazing. The food choices on our all inclusive stay was extensive and small Red Level touches everywhere made it a holiday that I didn’t want to leave! If you are considering this hotel, with Red Level experience, you really must try it! The only single quibble - even with the Red Level all inclusive you had to pay for drinks on the sunset roof terrace. So we didn’t!

Fantastic week in a beautiful hotel
This is a really beautiful hotel, and hugely spacious! I’m told that the hotel was running at 90% capacity when we stayed but you didn’t feel it, as it’s so large and well organised. Staff couldn’t do enough for us, and we were always greeted with a smile. The restaurant food was simply exceptional (you need to book but this was no problem) buffet food was also good, although buffet doesn’t run at lunchtime which was not obvious to us at first. There are many other places to eat at lunch but sometimes a small queue. Really family friendly but also excellent adult only areas, highly recommended!

Another great holiday at this fantastic hotel.
As always we have had a fantastic 10 nights at this great hotel everyone has been so helpful ,Jose and his team Muhammed ,Ray , Mario to name just a few make the holiday special , the restaurants are excellent again with great service always with a smile . The Redlevel breakfast again has everything you could want with the freshly ordered food piping hot . The reception couldn’t be more helpful and always at the end of the phone if needed. Jose arranged a fantastic trip Whale watching off the Island of La Gomera on a beautiful sail boat with lunch at a secluded beach thanks again to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday special see you all in September when we will be back.

Red Level Heads Up
The Hotel isn't fully adults only, just a small section at the end of the resort. There are only two adult only restaurants; Le Bistro and Dos Naifes (dinner only for that one). Only Le Bistro is included in your Red Level All Inclusive package, Dos Naifes is not, that is only open for dinner two days a week and is particularly expensive.
Not all rooms are in the Adult Only, Red Level area. Junior Suites Ocean View are in the main part of the hotel, and at times noisy, as stuck bang in the middle of an early evening music bar area and the late evening main entertainment area. However the evening entertainment does finish promptly at 11, then it's quiet. To get Red Level rooms you'd need to book the Sea View with Jacuzzi, these are at the front overlooking the pool and full sea view - however there only appeared to be six of these. Or book side sea view rooms, there seemed to be a lot more of these in the main Red Level 'block'.
The All Inclusive package may just be worth it on balance if you want three meals a day but the drinks are restricted - only one beer available throughout all bars and restaurants, two types of wine across red/white/rose and cocktails only at bars not in restaurants (none of this was outlined when we upgraded to All Inclusive!).
The food across the resort was very good in my opinion, especially the Le Bistro in the Red Level area where you have breakfast each day, you can also have lunch there but that menu was restrictive with only one vegetarian option (goats cheese salad), no fish options. Dinner is also available there within the All Inclusive package but only two days a week. Seeing as there were no other adult only restaurants within the All Inclusive package I wish I could have just had breakfast, lunch and dinner there every day! The other restaurant to note was Algarve (lunch only). This is a Mexican and was lovely, but this was in the main hotel area and there were a lot of young families, buggies - not for us, wish that had been adult only or even a dedicated adult only section .... There is a new adult only bar on 6th Floor of the main hotel, but this isn't included in the All Inclusive package!?? I understand you could get some tapas there. So this is where you have to weigh up the value of All Inclusive if you want adult only as the two dont really align...
Overall it wasn't for us, we wanted an adult only holiday and this couldn't fully deliver. The Resort is huge, 600 odd rooms - loads of families/kids/buggies, you couldn't really escape them, especially at night. Also I would add there is nothing outside the resort, no real cute tavernas/bars to go to escape in the evening. The rooms probably need a refresh of decor, beds were huge but 'wobbled' from side to side when anyone moved in the night. I personally didnt find them very comfortable. Lift was out of service on our floor the whole time we were there, we did report this - so be prepared for some stairs!
Finally on a positive! I will mention that we found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful, as much as they could - special shout out to Angel and Mohamed in the Red Level area who always had smiles on their faces and delivered a first rate service!
