A must for all families
There are many hotels in Tenerife, but this one takes the cake. It's very lovely.
We stayed in room 230 and the balcony was massive, it felt lovely. The beds were very comfy.
The restaurant was lovely and the food was delicious. My favourite night was BBQ night. The burgers were delicious.
Since it's an all inclusive, you get access to all drinks and it's worth it.
It's near a bus stop so you can get to Los Cristianos.

Hotel experience
Great hotel ,cleaned regularly , variety of themed foods every night ,you can tell they pay attention to detail and staff attentive to your needs . However, improvement of free WiFi would be beneficial and paid for birthday package and it unfortunately did not include full package like it stated it would despite being assured of decorations .
Despite this , I would recommend this hotel .

We had an amazing (long) weekend at the MGM Golf Plaza. The staff is friendly, spacious rooms and the pools are huge and well mantained. The surroundings have enough to see, do and eat for a much longer stay than ours. Luckily we walked down to the sea promenade the first day and met Sabine at the Ticket Office and also found the hidden gem next door, the Pancake place! Sabine sorted out our excursiones with a great smile and amazing prices to match and the kids loved the pancakes next door. The little beach below is a must too, full of little fish and crabs. We will be back, but for a longer stay! :)

A weekend !
Very nice experience, the DJ in the swimming pool , literally change our holidays , love him! The stuff are very nice from the restaurant to the bar ! The animation guys are lovely , my daughter love them!
Falls well short of a All-Inclusive.
The Hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. Food is really good. Had a good time but would not come back to this hotel for one main reason. It was suppossed to be All-Inclusive but the bar is limited to one member of staff serving, both day and night leading to long 20 minute queues. This falls well short of any other All-Inclusive Hotel we have stopped in.
