Located just 500 metres away from the lovely beach Playa del Duque, the luxurious hotel enjoys a privileged position in the exclusive area of Costa de Adeje, in the south-west of Tenerife. The airport is about 15 minutes’ drive away.
From its elevated setting, it boasts breath-taking views over the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera. My Mum and I have just spent a wonderful week at this beautiful hotel .. could not fault it ::)) half board .. breakfast was great & dinner was delicious.. cleanliness outstanding , grounds immaculate .. staff always smiling . Sunbeds comfortable.. towels laid out each morning , sunbed service .. pools lovely and clean . We had an upgrade to a junior suite which was incredibly fortunate.. double balcony with sun loungers on as well as table and chairs . It was stunning . Thank you, a truly memorable holiday .

Super experience
A lovely hotel. Clean, quiet, excellent service. Any issues are dealt with politely and timely.
Massage experience in he spa was truly relaxing and regenerative.

I write this review whilst the sound of power tools and tables for a wedding are set up behind me around the pools.
I’ve never known a hotel have so many weddings. I have been here 5 days so far and 3 have taken place meaning space around the pool is taken for tables instead of loungers and the evenings partying outside is very loud including one night we had fireworks at around 10:30pm disturbing more than my own children I’m sure.
Summed up:
Pros: always was plenty of sunbeds Staff very pleasant Good kids club Rooms kept very clean Short walk to town and beach Nice shampoos etc in rooms Restaurants good Water filter machine available on room floors 20mins from the airport
Cons: Pool food menu terrible and very expensive, doesn’t change if you eat in the restaurant- literally same menu Noisy weddings taking up pool space during day and late night parties out the front of where main rooms are. It’s quite strange having wedding guests be where you’re walking around in your swimsuit. One evening the live musicians were drowned out by the sound of the loud wedding on the level below which all guests were looking unhappy and bad for the musicians who dealt with it very well. Games room - pay per play Buffet lacks variety - only a few stands change withthe theme and same puddings most nights Works going on during day powertools Didn’t find floors around pools very clean and are slippy

Many plus points
Cleanliness of hotel complex and rooms was superb. Overall it was very enjoyable when there were not weddings taking place. Be very aware that a number of weddings may take place during your stay. These totally dominate the afternoon while the tables are being set up around the pool, and heavily impact the evening dining. The food served in the buffet is delicious but much of it is cold which was a shame as it was tasty.
Honeymoon to remember
Simply exceptional in every single way. It couldn’t have been better at all. Like at all. It was just perfect.
