Wonderful hotel but stuck in time
We have been to this hotel many times. The staff are wonderful , they really cannot do enough for you. The rooms are comfortable but maybe a bit tired as they haven’t changed since our first visit.the hotel is Beautiful and has an amazing view to the sea.. But over the years the guests have got younger and the hotel hasn’t changed with that. The music playing all day long is soft jazz, I can’t tell you how many times I heard Nora Jones’s and Nina Simone. The evening entertainment was so dreary that nobody clapped. The only bar in the evening is awful with no atmosphere. They play sport on a big tv but it’s not busy. What they need to do is have something to do, my wife really wanted to dance and they could do with a DJ instead of the usual singers and saxophone player. We love this place but it needs to adjust.

Fantastic holiday at Hotel Vincci
My family had the best holiday at this hotel. All the extra touches made for an amazing and relaxing time. It is a quiet hotel, perfect for a relaxing and reviving time. The staff were all so friendly, at reception, the restaurants, the cleaning staff, the guy at the pool...amazing. There were plenty of activities for adults such as yoga, pilates, jewelry making, cocktail making, painting. So friendly at the kids club too, particularly Monica who was also fantastic at the adult activities too. Every night there was a turn down at the bedroom, with a little chocolate at the pillow. Always sunbeds at the pool, and extra drinks and snacks brought around. There were plenty of areas for relaxing around the hotel. The breakfasts were great with a wide variety of fresh food. The hotel is up on a hill, but good for a but of exercise! The spa in the hotel is also beautiful. If you are looking for a relaxing break, with something for all the family I highly recommend this hotel. There is so much to do in the locality.

I cannot fault this hotel on its amenities, staff and overall experience. Rooms are tastefully decorated with an evening turn down service that just added that special touch. The staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. I’ve recommended this hotel to friends and colleagues and will continue to rave about it. Superb!
