This hotel complex consists of superbly furnished units located close to Tenerife's beautiful Fanabe beach area, just 16 km from Tenerife South Airport. The environment is and peaceful, yet still close to the excitement of Playa de las Americas. Tenerife-style dwellings with large balconies or terraces surround a vast sun terrace with a free-form pool and a palm-thatched bar at its center. The resort has a private clubhouse with a bar, lounge, restaurant, gymnasium, squash courts and sauna. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Sun Bean Restaurant openning days may vary.
Elevator installation works will take place from 14 September 2021 until approximately the 14 November 2021. Maintenance works and flooring repairs will take place from 9 April to 31 May 2021.

Great apartment in amazing location!
Recently returned from a 2 week stay in these apartments and would definitely stay again. we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was more than enough space for 2 adults and our 2 boys (11) with great facilities and comfortable beds. Bathroom is a bit outdated but everything worked perfectly, there is a great fully equipped kitchen that has an added bonus of a filtered water tap. Balcony is large and there are 2 aircon units which are independently controlled. Whole complex is spotlessly clean and pool area, gym/sauna areas are all well maintained. Pool bar drinks and food were great (we only had breakfast or lunch) staff were all friendly and great with kids...giving out lots of sweet to keep them happy! Entertainment team were lovely and not pushy at all, they put great activities on for the kids and adults and always made sure everyone had fun and got involved. The pool operates a 1 HR floaties/ ball rule, this gave the pool a relaxed vibe through the day and a crazy hour. I think doing this means it caters for the mixed aged groups which was great, however it would be good to have a few of these hours dotted through the day e.g. early morning, afternoon and after 5.30pm when it was quieter to give kids a bit more time to play with balls. Location is great, 2 mins walk to a supermarket and the strip is on your door step (however you don't get any noise) with beach a few minutes walk. We have stayed in Adeje a few times and definitely would come back to these apartments!
Fantastic Hotel
Just returned from another fabulous visit to this amazing hotel. We had a ground floor apartment overlooking the pool area. Even though it was very busy there was never any problem getting a sunbed each day. The staff are always so friendly and the reception team sent regular messages via WhatsApp to make sure everything was satisfactory during our stay. The pool bar is also a great place to get a drink and some lunch. The location is perfect and there are lots of bars and restaurants close by. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years and will hopefully return again next year.

Room awful
Supposed to be a deluxe rooms Well they are not, been coming here for a long time and always had a proper balcony were you well out onto from your bedroom. Well not this time when I open my bedroom window faced a brick wall when I complained they were not interested. Also due to me bring elderly needed a lift but they put me in a room with loads of steps, I could go on I will not be return g .

Magical Place woulodnt go anywhere else
My happy place! again I visited these beautiful apartments and what can I say as always had an amazing stay, the appartment we were allocated was ground floor over looking the pool perfect, the apartment was clean and aircon is amazing. I have been coming here all my life and I wont stop it truly is a magical place.
I do have to agree with a previous persons comment about owners rule these apartments, some they can be really rude and make you feel like you dont belong, also I am not an owner my mum was for 25 years until she passed away last year I am now just a regular visitor each year but dont own an apartment - one morning I used one of the gates to the pool to get a sunbed and queued like everybody else to be shouted at by a blonde lady who thought she ruled the place - you cant come in this gate there is a rule here and when I explain yes I know I have queued like anyone else just at the other side of the pool, she shouted I was rude and dont belong here lol ok hun but no she did not ruin me time there. But there are some lovely owners who do not act this way its a shame as the majority are lovely people.
The reception staff were brilliant as always I was just a littel shocked with the £100 deposit you now have to pay when yolu arrive, I was not informed about this when I booked a heads up would have been nice got it back the day we left so all ok.

Good location but some drawbacks worth knowing about
I stayed here with my husband in October/2027.
The biggest advantage of Hilton Vacation Club Royal Sunset Beach Club is its good location, just steps from Fañabé Beach and about an 8-minute walk from Plaza del Duque, one of the more upscale areas of Costa Adeje, with lovely shops and restaurants.
However, there are several things worth knowing before booking.
First, I was disappointed that the resort charges €8 per person for pool towels. Another frustration was the lounge chair situation. Guests leave their towels on chairs to reserve them, seemingly for their entire stay, making it difficult for others to find an available chair. Management really should enforce a policy against this practice.
On the positive side, the resort offers live entertainment by the pool from approximately 9:30 p.m. until after midnight, which is a nice feature if you enjoy evening activities. However, if your room faces the pool and you prefer a quiet evening or want to sleep early, the noise can be quite disruptive.
The resort attracts many families and older couples, giving it a fairly relaxed, family-oriented atmosphere.
One other important consideration is accessibility. The studio rooms are located on the first floor surrounding the pool, but reaching them requires climbing a flight of stairs. This could be a significant issue for guests with mobility limitations or those using wheelchairs.
Overall, I give it 3 stars. The location is definitely its strongest selling point, but the additional towel charges, lounge chair situation, evening noise, and limited hotel-style benefits prevent me from rating it higher. It’s a reasonable option if location is your priority, but I would recommend knowing these drawbacks before booking.
