Great Facilities & Staff!
We had a wonderful stay in the Regency, the room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Great facilities as well and a nice bar/restaurant to hang out in. What really made our stay special was getting to know Carlo, he was very helpful and made such an effort to make everyone’s time there more fun. Carlo organised activities and made everyone feel welcome and included. He was the life and soul of the Regency! We will definitely return!
Honest opinion
Got there early hours in the morning, all looked ok. Kids wanted to go to the pool the next day. Pool water was cloudy, full of flies and dirt. Very slippy around the pool, one boy slipped and hit head, life guard very slow at helping him. Hotel is a very steep walk down to the main strip. Rubbish every where. Hotel staff nice. Drains need attention, having a shower and floods everywhere, had to turn off several times for water to drain. Water coming up from the toilet too and now and then the smell. No Aircon! Fans rubbish! Won't be returning.

My husband and I stayed at this self catering apartment last week and had a lovely time. Pool area is great and spacious and not a problem getting sunbeds, although there are still a few selfish guests that ignore the signs and pre hog beds with towels before sitting on them for hours!!! There is simply no need, if you occupy the actual bed when required , there will be plenty to go around. A special shout out to the lovely Sara on reception who greeted us always with a big smile and was polite, friendly & informative. Also the evening restaurant area, shout out to Joe, bar attender & server. All restaurant staff were very efficient polite and friendly. The Ribs for around 12 euros were tasty and delicious and recommended. Our room was nice too, a tad dated but no complaints, for the price was excellent and was spacious and had everything you need. As we booked via jet2 , there was option to pay extra for sea/pool view. We are glad we did, was excellent view and well worth the little extra paid. Agree with other comments, re location wise its "up a hill". We purposely picked it for this. It literally takes 15 mins to walk down to the coast and views are fantastic and mainly caught a taxi back. I liked the white wash low rise building too and green plantation was really pretty, unlike some of the accoms right on the front , high rise and look austere.

Great stay
We booked a week away for a birthday, accidentally booked the wrong hotel but thought we’d just go with it, ground floor room with terrace next to the pool, good size apartment pretty much everything you needed didn't cook in apartment but was well equipped, hairdryer not the greatest will take my own next time. No air con but ceiling fans which weren’t great may hire air con next time. Rooms are clean and the cleaners done a great job on the days we wanted the room cleaned, reception staff friendly and helpful, did struggle for Sun beds on some days but just sat on the terrace an nipped in an out the pool, ate at the restaurant once and it was lovely had the smash burger. Shop and bakery well stocked an reasonably priced for what we needed,walked down the hill but always got a taxi back, was a bit wary due to some of the reviews but we had a great week and have booked to go back next year. My only fault was the 2 single beds pushed together they were different heights and kept coming away from each other
