Tenerife Sur Airport is just 20 minutes' drive from this establishment and there is a golf course 5 km away. In addition to relaxing by the pool or on the beach, visitors will enjoy a trip to the Teide National Park, an hour and a half away by car. Accommodation is in spacious, modern villas that can sleep up to four people, making this the ideal choice for a beach holiday for all the family. Not the best place.
This is my first solo visit. After a family tragedy, I booked a break away in order to have some alone time. I was nervous about solo travelling and this place has confirmed my fears.
Restaurant I've given a 1 because the food was okay. The chefs really cared about the presentation. The staff in the restaurant were a different story. Rude and outspoken. Taking into account I get by with understanding basic Spanish. So I was able to understand their displeasure at me sitting at an inside table at 8.30 to eat my evening meal. The restaurant closes at 9pm. I was expected to eat outside. Nothing states that in the hotel information. I ended up handing my dinner back and walking out.
Rooms My room was dated. The safe didn't work and I had five cockroaches in the curtains and behind the sofa. The door leading on to the balcony had a huge gap in the top which was where they were coming from. The maintenance man folded up some paper and wedged it in the gap! I can no longer open the doors but given that I have been given a room that overlooks drug alley, it's probably a blessing in disguise. I sleep with the lights on. Like I say, I'm a lone female traveller and this place does not leave me feeling safe. Cracked floor tiles and broken bins. The furniture was dirty and I ended up using a towel to cover the sofa before I would sit on it. There were no cutlery or plates in the room, so after purchasing crackers and cheese after the restaurant scenario. I had to improvise. You do get two cups and two glasses though.
Reception The staff have been really good. Check in was quick and informative. And they're always on hand to answer any questions. I can't comment on the pool area because I spent my days at the beach. I was seeking peace and tranquility and I wasn't expecting to get that from an apartment setting. It looked nice with multiple areas, just very busy.
Overall I wouldn't come here again.

bad hotel
when we arrived the staff was friendly but when we went into our room it was dirty and had blood splattered up the wall and had to request a new room it still wasnt the cleanest but it was a bed to sleep in the floors were covered in all sorts and the door looked like a 4 year old had painted them. the food choices were poor with little options and the same food each day there was no wifi. the entertainment was poor with a little man sat at a table with a “funbox” laptop playing some moody songs would not recommend to anybody unless your looking for a bad holiday

me and my boyfriend arrived here when we got here the receptionist was lovely. that’s where the nice experience ended. the room we got put in was filthy and had no air con . the floors were dirty there was even a blood stain on our bedroom wall, even down to the lamp shades being filthy and stained with some sort of substance. the bathroom looked nice but again wasn’t clean. we had to request a new room at reception as we could not physically stay there for 7nights. the food is ok. not much to choose from especially for children. most of it is undercooked or overcooked. only alcohol available in the hotel is wine or beer on tap! no cocktails or any other alcohol. our room has been cleaned once since we’ve been here. only good thing about this hotel is the location. the pool view when sunbathing is not nice either. i’m not one to complain but i was overall very disappointed. dont make the same mistake we did. spends your money else where
Good food, but terrible service and lost items
The food in the hotel is actually not bad. However, everything else was a complete disappointment. My personal belongings (clothes and items) disappeared during housekeeping. When I went to the reception three times to report this, the staff completely ignored the issue and refused to conduct any investigation. Additionally, housekeeping is terrible: the room of my relatives hasn't been cleaned for 4 days, with trash and food leftovers left sitting around. Absolutely unacceptable service and security for a 3-star hotel.
Get what you pay for
Ok....we booked as a last minute deal...theres a reason the the price is reasonable for all inclusive
We got to the hotel early and our room wasn't ready , we were given our all inclusive bands and were able to get food, use the sunbeds etc. Food was ok, standard for all inclusive
We got our key the room (apartment). The bathroom, bedding and towels were clean, the rest could of done with a deep clean. The floors just need a good sweep and wash. There was a kitchenette with working tap and fridge. The apartment was a great size, 2 balconies, sofa bed and large bedroom. There was air-con in the bedroom and living room, the controller worked both units. You can ask for extra sheets or blankets if needed. There was a hair dryer, complimentey hand wash and shower gel. There was a safe and plenty of clothes hangers.
The apartments were 'cleaned' on a sunday, Wednesday and friday but if you wanted clean towels bedding the cleaners had no issues swapping for you if u are happy to change the sheets yourself
The shower was blocked with what I can only describe as someone else's plasters coming up the plug hole. I reported this several times and it didn't get sorted. There were no plugs in the apartment so I wemt and got one from a very handy shop we found in the mini shopping centre (fanabe plaza) to the right of the hotel. Couldn't be bothered asking for a plug from the hotel as we were already waiting for the plug hole on the shower to be emptied!
Food..Breakfast was ok, an alright mix of food. Lunch and dinner were both ok too. Drinks, pretty standard. You need a 1euro to get a reusable cup. You get your euro back when you hand the cup in. The hotel provide beach towels free of charge (just remember to hand them back in when you leave) The pool areas...there are 3 pools, lifeguards are pretty sharp on floats in the water, people woth drinks cups by the pool amd smoking round the pool when it suits! Some people thought it was ok to smoke cannabis round the pool with kids, lifeguards chose to ignore this...slightly annoying
