These villa-style apartments are situated in Costa Adeje, just 400 metres from the Blue Flag Fañabé Beach and within easy reach of the famous Duque Beach. Tenerife Sur Airport is just 20 minutes' drive from this establishment and there is a golf course 5 km away. In addition to relaxing by the pool or on the beach, visitors will enjoy a trip to the Teide National Park, an hour and a half away by car. Accommodation is in spacious, modern villas that can sleep up to four people, making this the ideal choice for a beach holiday for all the family. Needs Work And Customer Service Training
Room ok. Bed was a bit hard but we slept ok. Nice lounge, separate kitchen fit for purpose.
All inclusive food very standard. Nothing stood out but we only ate here 3 times over 4 days.
Soft drinks good choice of sugar free. Beer ok. Wine, was.not to my taste. Cocktails straight out of jug and always warm. Mostly syrup.
Bar staff and lady checking room numbers at buffet were rude and abrupt and would often shout at customers. Not very helpful at all but reception staff were friendly.
Entertainment ok,.good for smaller kids but we were out in the evenings more than on resort.
Needs a little love and a bit of a tidy up in places.

Ok for a short stay
Recently stayed here for 4 nights, All Inclusive. It was surprisingly quiet, I expected it to be busier in August.
All Inclusive - drinks are self serve bar beer, wine or soft drinks. Food was ok and plenty to choose from although there wasn’t much difference between lunch and evening options so we ate out at night rather than eating the same repetitive food.
Rooms - Spacious although not much storage, no hangers, no iron. No extra pillows or blankets which you usually get in hotels. Beds very uncomfortable and creeky, 2 singles pushed together as a double. Also a 2 week old luggage tag and socks under the bed from previous occupant so cleanliness is questionable.
Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Less than a 5 minute walk to nearest shop.
Overall an ok hotel but could make improvements.

Some pro's and con's
Hi stayed here before and there were both plus's and minus's to this stay . Last stay was 2024 the room was nice ,food ok and pool area great.However this time my room was not a nice looked worn apart from the bathroom.Secondly there was more food choice than before there really was something for everyone. Entertainment however was none existent far cry from the entertainment supplied 2 yrs ago . Nothing for kids even though it says there is a "mini disco " for them .The best entertainment we had was "Guess how many pages are in this book????? Great base & location lovely pool Did enjoy x
Please avoid
The food was great, location great but the rooms were dated, peeling paint from doors and walls. The windows couldn’t close so I felt unsafe for our whole stay. When we arrived one of our rooms hadn’t been cleaned and smelt dirty. This was sorted after I mentioned it to reception but it wasn’t the best start to our holiday. Entertainment was non existent, a local kid skating a few nights a week but hardly family entertainment. All inclusive option is not worth it at all. Food was good but the drink options are poor and it was always hard to find staff to get you an alcoholic drink. Staff were extremely rude at the reception bar. For some reason they hated serving people especially when asking for a cocktail mixer drink or ice cream. I wouldn’t recommend going here at all we made the best out of it but when you’re paying the prices we paid you’d expect at least friendly members of staff. A taxi driver did tell us that the hotel has rebranded several times. I think this hotel did have a good reputation a few years ago but more recently has really declined. I don’t usually write reviews but would hate someone to book this not knowing how bad it is.
Good but needs updating
Lovely hotel, rooms very big hall way kitchen lounge area, separate bedroom and bathroom, But very very dated, balcony very rundown all it needs is painting & updating, food was amazing, so much selection, cleaning staff were great, working very hard, pools were great,
