Beautiful hotel, would recommend
We stayed at the Dreams Jardin Tropical for 9 nights in July and would 100% recommend. Check in was quick and easy, we were given either prosecco or fruit juice on arrival and then concierge helped take our luggage to our rooms on the 9th floor.
The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. Our room had a great (but small) balcony that had an amazing view of the rugged mountains. We also had a side window with a side sea view. Our kids room had a large balcony, but due to the structure of the hotel, it was quite enclosed.
An added bonus in the bathroom was facecloths - i found this a great addition!
We stayed on a B&B basis and the choice for breakfast was incredible. I saw other reviews saying it was repetitive but I cant see how .. there were so many options!
Every day around 12.30pm staff gave out melon and grape to those around the pool, which i thought was a lovely gesture.
The staff were amazing, always willing to help and a smile on their faces.
We flew home in the evening, check out was 12pm so we were given a half hour slot for a room where we could shower etc in the afternoon, again, a great added feature of the hotel.
The location is great, one way to Playa de las Americas, and the other to Costa Adeje. Only 5 minutes to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
Thanks for giving us a memorable holiday and hope we can return again.

10/10 Can’t wait to return
We have just returned from Dreams Jardin Tropical after an amazing two week stay. To start with we were met by a lovely luggage attendant who took our luggage straight away. We were then handed glasses of Cava as we checked in. The member of staff at check in gave us all the required information and was really informative. When booking we had upgraded to the Preferred Club Junior Suite and at the time we didn’t know what this entailed! We would highly recommend the preferred club. The room we got (028) was so spacious for our family of 3. As part of the preferred club there is a private sun lounger space which is lovely and quiet and has about 15 double Bali beds, ideal to relax! Also as part of the preferred club there is a lounge with free drinks (free pour spirits), bottles of beer, soft drinks and snacks from 4.30pm - 7pm. We really enjoyed this and was nice each evening before getting ready to visit the lounge for a drink and a snack. Breakfast buffet was gorgeous, ample amounts and variety of food. It never felt too busy. Probably the best breakfast buffet selection we have had. The hotel bar was also stunning however service here was a bit slow! Our favourite waiter Oscar was amazing each night he was working. There are two bars near the pool, again both are lovely and serve cocktails, beer, amazing smoothies and snacks. Overall the hotel is amazing, we couldn’t fault it. The service, staff, ambience, food were all 10/10. Location wise, it’s about a 15min walk from the main strip of Adeje however there are many nice restaurants closer to the hotel.

Wife’s 30th bday and baby first holiday
Dreams jardin thank you for a wonderful, unforgettable stay for my wife’s 30th birthday and baby’s 1st holiday! Lovely looking hotel compared to most in Tenerife. Rooms are decent size for 1 bedroom with a balcony also very clean! Breakfast was the best I’ve had at any hotel, massive selection! Pool area is Beautiful. Many bars and restaurants in hotel. Sunset bar is a must! Location is perfect very close to other restaurants in area! The best part about this hotel is the staff. They are very kind and very helpful in a genuine way! Gave us champagne in our room knowing it was my wife’s birthday. Room was cleaned out daily and any thing I asked from them wasn’t an issue although I did feel like I was pestering but they did not mind! Once again big thanks we will be back
Perfect stay in Costa Adeje
A fantastic hotel for a relaxing stay. It was so good the first time we came back again, and it was exactly as we remembered it. Beautiful building with interesting architecture, clean and great pool. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Can't recommend enough. Also breakfast the best we've had. We plan to come back again in the future, it really is a wonderful place.

A nicely decorated hotel
The sea around the hotel is the not the best , but the hotel is amazing and the evenings walking by the pedestrian way is amazing !
