Wonderful hotel
This is our 2nd incredible experience at this hotel! The food is lovely, and the staff genuinely cannot do enough to help you. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and attentive, which makes the whole stay even more special.
The animation team deserves a special mention — they are fantastic at getting everyone involved, interacting with guests and making sure everyone is having a great time. The entertainment is absolutely awesome and has been a real highlight of our stay!
Everything has been incredible, and the atmosphere is brilliant. We couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend this hotel, and we would definitely come back.
Great for year round stay
Honestly such a lovely stay at this hotel, as I signed up for IHG rewards for nothing we had money off the hotel. For this we had a free room upgrade to a sea view room, only downside with the room was it was an adjoining room so we could hear our neighbours talking very easily as it was separated by a thin board and two doors which were locked. The aircon wasn’t very strong this was an issue amongst the whole floor so it did get quite warm. The entertainment both day and night were absolutely great, we had queen and MJ tribute as well as karaoke night and it was so much fun. Location was perfect very close to all activities, as well as reception being able to call a taxi was an added bonus.
