Absolutely amazing staff can’t fault the bar staff or the entertainment team can’t do enough for you best place I’ve stayed for the staff brahem bar staff and Sol entertainer is amazing
Brahmin and Saul were absolutely amazing people made my experience amazing filled with wonderful memories if I could give the place 6 starts I certainly would, all the staff are amazing and the facilities are fanstastic will certainly be back next year
This hotel was absolutely amazing, the staff are great. Our room was spotless. The restaurant had a wide selection every single night and for breakfast and for lunch. The entertainment was awesome for all age ranges and they had something going in the night and the day time. It really is an amazing hotel and so worth the money, branded alcohol too! 5 stars I would give this hotel. Definitely would come back!!
Another fantastic visit filled full of fun and memories, we've just had our 5th visit here as a family and had a lovely 2 week stay.
Staff are their usual fantastic selves, Roberto is great on the bar and also Abdel, it's not fair to single people out as they are all brilliant.
Food is a good standard 4 star all inclusive and the theme nights change it up a bit so it's not the same old same old every night. In the restaurant I have make a special mention to Malainine, he is just superb. Friendly, efficient and always remembered from previous years that my wife likes cava with her meal.
Only small gripe on the snack bar is there is no longer a hot plate to make cheese toasties, maybe a health and safety thing?
Upgraded chairs and parasols in the main area by the bar.
Pools are great but the tile flooring needs to be replaced and that really does need doing as it was a daily occurrence of people slipping and hurting them selves while walking not running. It's also looking tired so really needs doing. Also they had the water mat out this year but not the big inflatable which my little one was dissapointed. The reason give was its not summer yet?? It was the last two weeks of June so makes no sense, Irish and Scottish holidays had started so it was full of families.
Entertainment, really good, even acts we weren't to our taste were well executed and performed. Thank goodness no 80s magic acts anymore!! The entertainment staff are superb and it's so good to see Soi back here. He is just so funny and has a personality that lights up the room. Mias favourite is still Saray (hope I've spelt that right) and she is the belle of the ball. Front and centre to all the shows.
Rooms are fine and very comfortable. We would have liked a larger balcony but it's luck of the draw I guess. I do think that maybe they should offer returning guests a bit of a peek with better rooms or a discounted upgrade?
We will be back again next June and also in March.
To sum up... Brilliant Great Fantastic
Thank you for all the team of this amazing hotel , we definitely come back
