From the moments we arrive there was a man working behind the counter and if you watch coronation Street he looked like Norris Cole extremely rude I would definitely not recommend

If I could give this hotel 10 stars it would not be enough.I had the misfortune to suffer a heart attack on Wednesday 23rd September the night reception man got me an ambulance and since then my wife was on her own and all the staff looked after her arranging how to get to the hospital and to book an extra week as I can't fly till this Friday but the biggest thanks needs to go to Carlos who went above and beyond to help us

Had a great 10 nights at santa maria costa adeje room was very clean and staff were amazing always very helpful specially carlos we have booked another 10 nights for December 😃

Great location and staff
My wife and I have been to Tenerife Many times over the years and tried many hotel's and apartments in Costa Adeje, and for the budget we have this Hotel is Fantastic, everyone who works there has time for you and nothing is too much trouble , the staff are a credit to the company,and a big shout out to Francisco in the Restaurant, although we don't use the pool much there always seemed to be plenty of beds, we were also impressed with the Food there's something for everyone better than some four star we could mention , Thanks to all the staff for a fantastic two weeks and rest assured we will be back sooner rather than later, Dave and pam Marshall

WORST HOTEL WE'VE EVER STAYED IN!!!
Genuinely the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. Don't know who believes this hotel is good value. We had no air conditioned room it's 33 degrees. The all inclusive is pathetic with around 10 things to choose from for tea. Snack bar has chicken nuggets, pizza and burgers that's it. Not to mention the bread on the side of the bar with birds walking all over it and eating them. We came down second day to use the extremely small pool and moved 2 sunbeds from under the trees oh no not allowed! 12 year old has absolutely nothing to do whatsoever! Food is average at best, wouldn't dream of ever staying there again! If I could give it zero I would! Disgusting place. One of the advertising points is that there is always sunbeds avaialble!!! Yes that's right cause everyone can't wait to get out the place. And if you want to use a sun lounger then you'll need to make sure it don't move, so if your under a tree then tough!
