Amazing entertainment and fantastic fun for kids!
We had a wonderful stay. The highlight was definitely the entertainment team, especially David—he was amazing, full of energy, and made the atmosphere brilliant! The attractions for children were top-notch and kept the kids very happy.
10 day Family Holiday
Amazing holiday. The children’s entertainment is an absolutely everything you can wish for. The kids are constantly on the go with games in the pool and kids club activities. The staff such as David, Jeorgina, Paula, Alfonzo and your colleagues can’t do enough for you. Thank you all for the most amazing holiday. We have 2 sad kids to be leaving today.
The rooms are a great size and exceptionally clean. Great location.
Best family hotel in Tenerife!
Such a beautiful clean hotel. Can’t fault any food so much to choose from every day. So much for the kids to do and kept entertained at all times. David such an amazing rep! Got us all up dancing, day time water sports foam party evening entertainment! Definitely booking to come here again!

What am amazing holiday.. We are here as a family of three my daughter aged 11.. This hotel is great, clean, attentive, friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean one main room for us as a kitchenette and living room with a Sofa bed. (Double) The animation team are so kind and friendly they make a great effort also remembering you personally. There are a variety of activities during the day including adults and children aswell as a kids club and baby club. Dancing, glass making, cooking, cocktail making, tote bag decorating. And much more during all the day. And during the evening some great entertainment put on from the entertainment staff and outside entertainers..

Great experience
Thank you to all the team for another great year. We come as a family every year and always have such a special time. Giorgia is amazing and makes us feel so welcome and part of the family every year. Big shoutout to the entertainment team; Davide, Alvaro and Juan - 10/10 in everything they do.
