Fab holiday break
Lovely positioned hotel overlooking the sea at end of the boardwalk. A wee bit dated but spotlessly clean with the nicest staff . We are very happy with the value you get for the cost of the holiday. Restaurant food fine and plentiful and my food allergy was taken care of without a problem. Lots of nice upmarket restaurants in La Caleta area ,nice for an evening stroll and a coffee or drink. The Staff make the hotel.!!

Little piece of heaven
Had lovely time at Hovima jardin Caleta. Our room was comfortable, clean ,no air con but available to hire. Lovely terrace ..I asked for sunny and easy access ..both granted. All staff friendly and helpful..especially Francisco ..would always go the extra mile..and Alijandro . The location is amazing ..5 minute walk to beautiful fishing village with lovely fish /seafood. Will definitely return.

Relaxing stay
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and all staff were welcoming and attentive. The service was excellent, and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. Highly recommended! Great atmosphere constantly. No sunbed wars. Different activities going on through the day, but not loud and in your face. Entertainment every evening which we enjoyed. Fantastic location on beachfront. Had sea view room, so peaceful. We were never disturbed by outside noise.Stunning views from The adults only rooftop area, bar on rooftop was only open on a Friday evening I think. The tourist train had just started a new route and now stops right outside the hotel on the hour every hour €9 each for adults not sure how much for children and stopped in Fanabe which we got off and enjoyed a couple of hours there.Big thanks to staff in all departments of the hotel!

Good but watch outs
The staff were lovely and super helpful. Watch outs are the hidden extra costs such as air conditioner, cups for your drinks, for the safe you have to pay a deposit and a charge per day
Avoid - unless your standards are low
The hotel needs some TLC, everywhere is tired, especially the bar and dining room, very dark and uninviting. The food is horrendous , limited choice unless you like chips and nothing is hot infact barely warm!!! We have gone to outside restaurants to eat twice and only been here 4 days. The staff are friendly that's as good as it gets for me. Very disappointed 😢
