Almost 5 stars
Hotel so far has been very good,food has been varied. My only reason for not giving 5 star is it needs more live bands and be on for more than an hour and 15 minutes

Another great holiday
We have just returned from our 16th visit to this terrific hotel (room421] All the staff are amazing and friendly, the animation team work their socks off keeping everyone entertained both day and night time. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and well kept. Any problems are dealt with immediately either by the reception staff or Ainara the guest experience manager. Many people like us return multiple times which is a testament to how good the hotel is, therefore it is full of friendly people who know each other from previous visits making a great atmosphere. It’s great to visit and meet up with old friends and make new ones along the way I would not hesitate to recommend the Hovima to anyone wanting varied holiday experience. Finally a huge thank you to everyone for a great holiday.
Another amazing stay at the Hovima!
We love this hotel!! A wonderful place to stay - great atmosphere around the pool with plenty of sun beds! The staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The hotel has a great buffet restaurant with a good selection. The snack bar is perfect for food and drink by the pool too. Nice relaxing rooms with lovely views. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean! Thank you Hovima for another fantastic stay! We will definitely be back!

Stayed at this adults only hotel for six nights. I really couldn’t fault the hotel location with a 5 min walk to the beach and several gift shops and many restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and presented well and the staff are very helpful and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless with good air conditioning with a mini bar which is of course free. There is a taxi company very close by but no need to even go past reception when ordering one as they will order one for you, amazingly on 3 occasions by the time I’d walked down the steps 50m or so the taxi was waiting. Just give your receptionist your room number and also the taxi driver and off you go. Las Americas varied between 7 and 11 euros for each journey so that was reasonably priced. The lower pool is for the blue band holders the upper for the pink band (excellent) upgraded stays. The food was varied and plenty of it and was very good quality. I believe the management and staff are all fantastic so well done to them. Great hotel and well worth a stay.
