Nice stay shame about the room situation
Really nice stay apart from the room! We arrived at the hotel just before 12pm and couldn’t check into our room till after 4:30pm! Which is annoying then the first room we got had a leak! We couldn’t be bothered to complain at first as we was in room 608 and it was the end so no one was next to us But the leaking got worse an worse to the point three different staff members tried to fix it On the Saturday , 5 days into our stay they decided to move us but not till 1:30pm So we had to stay in a room where the floor was soaking. Then pack up an move to a new room which the aircon wasn’t as good as the first room Food is okay plenty of meat but hardly any taste breakfast is nice but after a week it’s bland and boring Nicest night was the Chinese type of food Ana the waitress was amazing and always made us feel welcome and went above an beyond for us! To the point we give her a fan as she always use to talk about my fans! Nice hotel and nice drinks sunbed sitution was a bit crazy. Drinks are made nice aircon right through hotel which really helped some staff not so helpful and some are nice Would give it 4/5 in total If the room situation didn’t happen I would of give it 5
Amazing hotel
H10 Gran Tinerfe,adults only is a beautiful, amazing hotel. All the employees, reception, servers, chefs,cleaners,grounds are welcoming, friendly they all are fabulous. The hotel is very clean the toilets, the walk ways all areas are prefect, the pools are great and we have always got a lounger without getting up early. Lots of lovely food on offer, something for everyone and good entertainment to end a lovely day ,best hotel and a massive thank you to all the wonderful staff that looked after me and my family.
25th wedding anniversary holiday
Superb Hotel, can't fault it. Top tip....forget about room with a view.... deluxe bungalow terrace is the way forward! You get your own sun loungers so no rush at all... Massive shout out to ALL the staff who are so smiley and friendly but I must mention our cleaner and room attendant Jennifer! Thank you so much for making our 25th wedding Anniversary so special. The way you made our room and the little touches really made our stay! We will definitely be returning and hopefully get to see you again x 5 out of 5 from us!

Great hotel but......
Well, what can say... we stayed for a week, everything was clean, food was amazing and staff couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were big and beds comfortable and the hotel was always clean.
Just a few notes to add - you are not allowed to reserve sun beds which in my eyes is great because people were trying to save them till mid afternoon. There was a couple on our last day having s3x, yes s3x in the main pool. Everyone was watching including staff and no one said anything. The hotel manager was called but also did nothing, this was very disappointing and disgusting to see, yes it's an adult only hotel but not an 18 to 30 hotel. This was the only thing that let the hotel down.
