This hotel never disappoints! Where do I start? The entrance to the hotel is clear, clear and accessible for those with additional or mobility needs. The foyer is very well laid out with spacious sofas and chairs; the decor is simple but chic and the air con is amazing too! All guests are welcomed by the concierge and reception staff-a glass of champagne or a soft drink is ready and waiting. No faffing, well organised and efficient. The food and drink choices are fab, and there are food theme nights too. The dining room is light, clear and immaculately clean, with an option to sit outside to dine. The pool is warm and inviting, as is the poolside bar-sticking alcohol and soft drinks, light snacks and sandwiches. Then there’s Mike’s coffee shop for that mid morning coffee and cake-who doesn’t enjoy coffee and a cake?? The entertainment covers all bases from a 90’s theme, a pool party, Cabernet singers and soloists. The rooms are spacious, light, airy and clean!! The cleaning team are amazing as are the grounds team-constantly making sure the hotel is tidy. We have visited this hotel five times in as many years, and have signed up to the H10 loyalty program. Two days into our holiday a hand wrapped box of Artisanal chocolates were hand delivered! Marika, Jaimie, and Jennifer are amazing !

Just back from a fantastic holiday in Tenerife. The hotel is amazing, so many great features such as the à la carte restaurant that can be used for lunch. Didn’t get to use the ascension à la carte as it was fully booked, but a lovely receptionist gave us a voucher for one of the other restaurants instead. Beautiful views from the terraces while eating lunches and dinners. The bars serve branded drinks and lovely cocktails served in proper glasses in the evening! The only downside is you are not allowed to stand in a queue at the bar, as it is supposed to be table service, and sometimes had to wait quite a bit to be served. Not the fault of the staff really, but definitely not enough staff working in evenings to cope with the number of guests. Pool area is lovely, with plenty choice of sunbeds! The foam pool party was fantastic, the guy hosting it was great and really got the party atmosphere going! The one proper negative for us was our bands being cut off at 12 o’clock when we checked out, meaning we couldn’t use the all inclusive until leaving for our flight at 6pm. This is the first hotel I’ve been to that has done that. We were given a voucher for lunch, but it only included one soft drink. Considering lots of people arrive late at night, you would think the all inclusive could be extended until they actually leave on their last day! All in all, had a fantastic holiday at this hotel, but they should reconsider the last day all inclusive situation, as I believe it could put people off coming back.
