Ten days in Tenerife
Booked a junior platinum suite. These rooms are on the first and second floors of this hotel. Location is right on the front of a promenade and people walking past can see right in. On a night time it was slightly unsettling as there were benches outside on the promenade where people congregated and some of the pubs were on quite late so quite noisy. Had I have known I would have opted for a different room but platinum rooms are on these two floors. As for the room the toilet area is not very private, only a glass sliding door separates this from the room. The bath is also in an odd place, perhaps look to separate all of the bathroom area from the main room. The food was lovely in both the main restaurant and in The Roast restaurant, although I do think perhaps revise the timings as the breakfast is open to 11:00 am and the evening restaurant closes @ 21:00 hours. Maybe extend the evening meal to 21:30 and finish breakfast at 10:30 am. The entertainment was varied, some better than others, and again perhaps extend this as it was only on for an hour. Again maybe look to revise the timings for all inclusive as 23:00 hours is still quite early. Also there was no clear markings of smoking areas, people seemed to be able to smoke where they wanted which isn’t great when you don't smoke. The majority of staff we met were lovely, very friendly just one man who was miserable. Pools large and lovely and areas clean. Yes would go again but l wouldn’t book Platinum as didn’t really feel it was worth it.

Brilliant hotel in Tenerife. Recommend the Platinum Club.
This was my first all inclusive package with TUI and this property. We paid for the Platinum Club which was well worth the extra outlay. We booked one of the suites which was very large and comfortable however the view from the balcony in 1017 ground floor was terrible. As a result we didn't use the balcony.
The Club atmosphere was very calming, especially by the infinity pool area. I must also praise all the staff at this hotel who were all extremely friendly, professional and efficient. They clearly enjoy their work and can't do enough for the guests.
The evening entertainment was OK.

Satisfaction on every level from amazing hotel in beautiful resort
A 5* star experience on every level. Great service and excellent quality food in restaurants. Room with view, all amenities and especially Carlos friendly, professional and excellent housekeeping every day. TUI rep Karen ready to assist at every opportunity with all queries. Fitness and sports activities throughout the day followed each evening with entertainment. A hotel that never loses its attraction even after several visits. Costa Adeje a resort way above average with beautiful scenery and promenade overlooking beaches.
