Horrible, greedy people who care nothing about hotel guests
DO NOT Book this hotel!! My husband had a medical emergency and we were forced to cancel our reservation. Even with a note from the doctor supporting our claim that my husband is unable to travel, the hotel refused ANY refund or credit. Rooms are very expensive and it’s supposed to be a five star hotel. They could care less about their guests. Would never recommend this hotel. They are thieves.
A luxurious four night stay
An excellent experience all round at Bhai del Duque. We stayed in the Casas Ducales part of the hotel which felt special and peaceful. The extra perks offered in this part of the hotel (afternoon tea, evening canapes), and the private breakfast terrace and lounge make it well worth the extra cost. Our room enjoyed a sunny sea facing walk-out balcony which was lovely. We experienced mixed service during our stay but the service from Tomas at Casas Ducales was outstanding. Thank you, Tomas, for your professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm – you are a credit to the hotel. We ate at the hotel’s Beach Club, Brasserie (with excellent service from Tania), and the Italian restaurant, all of which were good. We would highly recommend Bhai del Duque, and have already booked a return trip for some winter sun.

You will not be disappointed
Our second visit to Bahia del Duque and already looking forward to the next visit. Staff are exemplary. Facility’s are good. Breakfast is fantastic. The choice of restaurants is good.

Fabulous repeat stay
Excellent break at Bahia, returning after a couple of years as it’s been booked out. Fantastic stay, beautiful property on many levels and different aspects to its grounds including a nature lake, multiple pools , superb spa and first class restaurants . Great location on the coastal path with easy access to busier area and La Caleta. Highly recommended , we will return .

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely lovely. From check in to check out. Fantastic staff, food and accommodation. Beautiful hotel. Patrick went out of his way every time we saw him. My friend has an egg allergy, everyone checked each time just to confirm her food was safe. The buggy drivers were fantastic. Reception ladies were so helpful. It didn’t matter we got lost every day 🤪 we all had the best time.
