A true gem in Tenerife! Our 3rd stay at our favorite 5-star hotel
GF Victoria is a true gem in Costa Adeje that fully lives up to its five stars! This was our third stay here, and every time we return, we remind ourselves how glad we are that we don’t risk trying other hotels. This resort is simply unmatched and always manages to pleasantly surprise us. We highly recommend it with both hands! Location & Surroundings: The location of the hotel is exceptionally convenient. Right in front of it and just above it, there are modern shopping malls with plenty of stores. It is also very close to two beautiful beaches—Playa del Duque and Playa de Fañabé—and the lovely beach promenade, which is packed with a wide variety of restaurants. Amenities & Entertainment: The resort features a massive range of different entertainment options, thoughtfully designed for both children and adults. There is a fantastic water park and plenty of swimming pools for all ages, so it never gets boring. Cleanliness throughout the entire complex is of the highest standard. The "Rooms" – True Comfort: The accommodations are actually small apartments—featuring two separate rooms and two bathrooms. Inside, you will find absolutely everything you need for your entire stay. They are fully stocked with every personal amenity you can think of, from toothbrushes and toothpaste to combs and shaving kits. Every single day, the housekeeping team replaced our towels and surprised us with fresh drinking water and chocolates. There is also a great coffee and tea setup right in the room. Dining & Service: Breakfast is a true 5-star experience—not just because of the massive variety of food categories, but also due to the incredible selection within each choice. Everything is fresh and delicious. I would like to specifically highlight the Amaina restaurant—the food there is very good, and the service is excellent! Huge compliments and special thanks to Gerardo, who made our dining experience truly unforgettable. We will absolutely be returning to our favorite hotel many more times. If you are looking for luxury, personal touch, and the perfect family holiday, this is the place to be!
5 Star Stay
We had a fantastic family holiday at GF Victoria and would highly recommend it. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and there is plenty to keep everyone entertained.
The pools were great, especially the wave pool, and we really enjoyed the tennis courts and table tennis. The facilities make it an ideal choice for families, with lots to do for everyone.
A special mention must go to Claudia, who worked at both breakfast and dinner. She was absolutely amazing and such a hard worker! She was always busy ensuring everything ran smoothly while remaining friendly and attentive. She is a real credit to the hotel and deserves recognition for her dedication.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend GF Victoria to other families. Thank you to the whole team, especially Claudia, for making our holiday so memorable!
perfect family hotel
A very very good hotel and I can't recommend it enough.
We arrived and our room wasnt ready. Our cases were taking and the next time we'd see them would be in our room. We headed for the small water park, which contained three slides, all very good.
A quick lunch from the food truck was served pool side. The club sandwich was excellent, the pizza was okay.
Ample amounts of sun beds, no sun bed wars but it was fairly Q. Even with a fully booked hotel, I'm sure you would find a space for the day. We found the main pool and the smaller pool next to it. We made ourselves at home on the smaller pool for the week. Both pools are warm enough for a dip, even when cloudy and no sun.
Small pool has the pool bar which we visited on many occasions, for drinks and food. Staff were always nice and helpful. Small pool is strictly no inflatables or toys, they are for the main pool only. No glass either so if you plan on having your own alcohol or drinks take a metal tumbler.
We made it up the room which really was perfect. A large bed and smaller bed for the child...mini fridge, plently of glasses loads of USB sockets. Two TVs and a very spacious balcony over looking the entertainment section. You get two 1l water cartons everyday.
Cant comment on the entertainment but it was a busy itinerary and popular with the children. There's table tennis, tennis, padel courts and crazy golf.
The beach isn't far and I would recommend you head to Playa del Duque. A much quiter and nicer part of Adeje. A handful of nice restaurants without the horrendous Irish bars on the main sea front. This is also good walking and running spot..
Near to the hotel is a large shopping mall with lots of shops. "The corner shop" is worth a look for groceries, including cheaper holiday beers for the room.
Breakfast the following morning, very impressive with everything you could wish to try at breakfast. Gallons of freshly squeezed fruit juices, many different types of yoghurt, fruit, eggs, cured meats, cereals, smoothie sections, honeycomb honey. Its all there and it was very good.
Regrettably we only found the teen club and games up on our last night but this was basically a youth club with state of the art consoles and simulators. Looks amazing..
The roof top bar is also amazing..it commands the most perfect view and at sun set i dont believe there is a better place to be..
If you're looking for the perfect family hotel then this is genuinely believe could be it. They literally have everything covered.

Don’t expect a relaxing evening.
Hotel largely fine, food is great. Every night we have people playing football outside our room until late. This evening came home tired from a day trip to open the curtains and be greatest with 100s of people outside our room. I appreciate that everyone need the entertainment, but they may as well have popped into the room and shared the tv.
No privacy, very noisy
I feel sad to write this as there are a lot of positives about this hotel. The food is excellent and it’s very clean, the staff seem lovely and the kids club is awesome but… this is a big but, our room… we had absolutely no privacy the entire week. Whilst I accept this is a child focused hotel having a fun fair at the bottom of our terrace space is not acceptable. The entire week we had kids playing football, people drinking right next to our terrace/balcony to a level I felt was completely unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Trying to get young children to sleep has been impossible. I have never stayed in a hotel where this had been a problem, whether that be 3 star or 5 star. To demonstrate the issue please see photos attached. I don’t understand why in any circumstance you would have a fun fair so close to people’s rooms. Sadly I cannot recommend this hotel.
