Every care has been taken to ensure guests' total comfort at all times – from the majestic surroundings, to the thoughtfully decorated rooms to the attentive five star service: you'll certainly feel well looked after and indulged at the Costa Adeje Gran Hotel.
Spacious ensuite rooms have cool tiled floors, air conditioning and large patio doors leading out to a furnished private balcony. I've been here 2 days and I want to rave about it already. The hotel is grand, spotless and the food and staff are fabulous. Certainly feels like a five star experience to me. I'm already looking to book for next year. The pools are clean there's plenty of space and entertainment throughout the day. I'd love to know how they provide this kind of service for the price we paid. The rooms are spaceous and to a very high standard. I feel like a queen. Highly recommend ❤️

Good overall
Overall a good 10 nights at GF Gran Costa Adeji in June all inclusive This hotel is pretty big therefore plenty of walking from rooms to the restaurant/ pool etc. A bit disappointed with the ‘all inclusive’. Bottom line it isn’t all inclusive, only the most basic beer out of the lager was included and none branded spirits, only scoop ice cream included and not ice lollies etc The staff do obviously work hard but they often appeared fed up with their monotonous tasks of making drinks etc and it does show when they greet you and the look they give you. It was like a chore ordering drinks around the pool, when I’m thirsty and want water plus a soft drink it’s multiple trips because they will only serve small cups each time. The water in the room is a joke… they do not automatically restock it daily, therefore you have to ring room service and they are rude and lie. They say they’ll drop it off and hours later nothing, then would hang up when I would call back. Again small bottles that are gone soon after they arrive and you’re miles away from the bar or a shop. This hotel definitely needs to improve the efficiency of water in the hotel room which is a basic need. Plenty of options in the buffet restaurant. One evening I was given a chicken skewer off the hot grill and realised after biting in to it that it was raw which is unacceptable but reception said they passed on comments to the kitchen and I didn’t get ill. Pools were warm in June so can’t relate to the reviews moaning about cold pools. The rooms were refurbished last year so are similar to other hotels in the area. I didn’t enjoy any of the evening entertainment I thought it was terribly boring and mediocre compared to other places I’ve stayed. Melia Jardines around the corner had great entertainment so I know it’s not the area. Obviously difficult to please so many guests.

Beautiful hotel. Cleanliness perfect. Evening entertainment good. Food poor especially on an evening. Service hit and miss found some of bar staff to be quite rude

Second time even better than the first!
Loved our second stay here more than the first, One of my favourite all time hotels. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, great food and drinks (we where on all inclusive, but not all drinks are included) Great stay. Few points that could make this on of the best hotels - Poolside drinks service and ambiance music at the adult pool, The night time entertainment layout felt a little disjointed with odd viewing angles but the rest of it was all great.
