Amazing
We have been to the Fanabe five times over the years and again we were not disappointed. If you want a chill out holiday with amazing staff throughout, cleanliness and a fabulous atmosphere then this is the place to go . Yes it does need a refurbishment to update, but this will definitely not mar your holiday. Food choice is multiple and fit all tastes . Rooms have everything you need and the extra size beds are so comfortable. We went to have a look at a hotel over the road which had a recent refurbishment It was a very lovely hotel but it definatley didn't have the atmosphere of the Fanabe. I know where we will be staying at our next visit to Tenerife. Thank you to you all at the Fanabe for making our holiday so enjoyable.

This is a beautiful hotel , always cleaned daily, breakfast was ok 👍 Shame the Towel guy favours certain people an takes some towels an leaves some just seems pick on elderly Am young just watched him 8/10am (pointless) falls asleep No-one really says morning the staff not friendly here at all. Entertainment team are bit boring not much on week we went missed Aqua fit 3 times in 1 week 1 day because over half naked 18/19 Yr old invasion of pools an told move our things . An doing these sexual poses in a child's pool but all about the money. 1st time in Tenerife id 100% come back maybe not same hotel feel more aimed older generation. Also the Roof Top Pool is shut at 6pm (OK shut pool ) But leave it open so people can relax an read an watch the beautiful sunset 7.40 every evening we had to be gone so never could watch it
I didn't go all inclusive so expensive 2 slush £8 euro in plastic cup all drinks even night time am in me 40s so a glass would been nice I get by pool but not at night.
Reception are lovely 😍
But over all the Cleaners An 1 guy 1 smile an needs a pay rise "Jose" in the Restaurant he allways smiled never ever stopped working . Some staff mainly girls was rude if asked for somethink that had ran out like was asking them to feed me or do somthink big just asking basic bread refills or fork.
Aldo lady who has blonde bob in Restaurant think maybe manger needs smile more shes very rude looks miserable maybe remember we pay Thousands to come here 10days so smile make people feel welcome.
Allways room improvement staff need maybe course in how smile 😃
Rooms like paper thin heard next stoor arguing then maken up an kids screaming . Ear plugs.

Excellent Well trained Staff
The hotel is in a good location near El Duce and Adaje. Spotlessly clean. In the morning it seems like an army of cleaners descend to ensure the hotel is perfect for another day. ALL the staff must have excellent training, no one passes a table with empty glasses on them or plates in the dining room. The tables everywhere are meticulously wiped down, settings replaced immediately in the dining room. They are all aware when service is required and deliver.
Rooms need a little updating, but I believe they are in the process of doing this, however beds are comfortable, as are the pillows and the maid service is excellent.
Breakfast lunch and dinner are well organised, however the only reason I did not give the hotel a 5 rating, is because the food choice and quality was very hit and miss. We had some nice meals, ok meals and some not so good.
The amenities are very good, the roof top terrace area is amazing, especially if you want a relaxing day. Two nice pool areas where you expect it to be noisier, one with an adjacent football/basketball pitch and rope slide swings etc, which is great if you have a young family with you. The design of the hotel means that parts of the main pool areas where in shade for part of the day, so jockeying for prime spot takes place as in most hotels

Good hotel but needs an upgrade
There’s lots to like about this hotel but there are a few things that could make it even better. Food is really good as are the drinks and the whole place is spotless. We really enjoyed the entertainment out the front of the hotel. It is a little tired looking though and could do with an upgrade. The adult only tools also looks a bit tired. That being said we have had a fantastic time and the pros outweighed the cons
