Jardines de Nivaria

This hotel is welcoming, professional and clean. The swimming pools were fantastic, staff were attentive and kind, the location couldn't have been better. My husband and I stayed with our 16 month old. We were pleased with the availability of high chairs and friendliness of staff who made an effort to interact with our son, waving and chatting. We were met from our coach by a hotel staff member who took our suitcases in to the hotel. We aren't used to such wonderful treatment and it really helped after a long journey with our toddler, pram, nappy bag etc to carry. The pool doesn't allow balls or inflatables but we found this to be a positive as it was easier to be in the pools with our toddler. We took in some small rubber ducks and there were others with pool noodles etc. The food was incredible and plentiful. We all ate very well. The bars were stocked with everything you might want. There was a nice atmosphere in the lobby, with large TVs and seating. Our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. Thank you for having us!

After staying at the sister hotel Roca nivaria various times we decided to take a chance and try the Jardin de nivaria the doubt only being because the vegan food at the Roca is outstanding and we didn’t know what expect at the Jardin , however from the first minute we arrived we knew we had made the correct choice , the service and attention from all staff is excellent , on a personal view being a vegan I was offered a choice of breakfast and evening meal not from the Buffet but served at the table and the quality each day was top class , my wife who is a normal eater also found the food top class with a wide range of fish , meat and salads every day. The rooms are kept spotless and ours had a massive balcony overlooking the stunning garden/pools which was big enough for two sun loungers chairs and a table .The personal touch from all staff was top class and we will definitely return I would recommend to visit 100%

This is our third stay in the hotel, this time staying in a suite on half board. Once again the hotel never disappoints and was wonderful. The rooms and grounds are so clean, the food was amazing and the pool provided a welcome relief from the heat. It was so nice to see and chat to the staff who make the hotel what it is, so a massive thank you to you all. We could not have asked for a better holiday. We will be coming back.
