Just Amazing
What a beautiful hotel, its just do clean and paperless. Everything by computer..The staff are so lovely. We loved the pool Carmen they were so jolly and the food is really nice. Breakfast is amazing, plenty to choose. Everything was perfect, the only 1 thing I missed was a kettle in the room for a tea/coffee. They do have a 24 hour bar for tea coffee and drinks. It really is a beautiful hotel would gladly come back again.
Great experience at Mynd Adeje.
The hotel is well located (plenty of nearby restaurants) and has a great atmosphere. We stayed in a second floor Suite, so had a seperate sitting room and bedroom (recommend). The price of the room (originaly booked B&B) was very good and the upgrade to Half Board (operated as a wallet of €30 per person per day) works extremely well, allowing you to eat and drink in the hotel or eat out (then you need to pay at that restaurant for the food and drink). Rooms were very clean, except we opted for the 4 day towel/bed linen change (and 2 rooktop drink vouchers), which did not happen and was only done on the 6th day after speaking to reception. The only noise came from a nearby building site, who were using a jack hammer. Nearby restaurants offer a variety of food styles (Spanish, Indian, Steak, Fish, International - recommend CasaMaria down the road from the hotel in Callao Salvaje. Their Salmon fillet is massive). The barman at the poolbar is amazing (don't know his name), but one member of the reception staff has an attitude (didn't believe the towels/bed linen hadn't been changed and questined whether I was telling the truth - guest not always right, I guess). If you take a trip up Mount Tiede, definitely recommend the Thai Lemongrass Restaurant in 38613 Vilaflor, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. All in all, definitely recommend this hotel.

Another Great Stay
We have been to Mynd last year and enjoyed it that much we decided to visit again and we weren’t disappointed. We went half board as we really liked the setup of it, as there are great restaurants a short walk away(within 5 minutes). The rooms were good although we felt could have been cleaned better as the sink did not look as if it had been touched all week. A very special mention to Fernando at the pool side bar he always has a smile upon his face, serves amazing Cocktails especially the Pina Colada’s. He is a credit to his service and your Hotel. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Mynd Hotel to family and friends.
2nd stay, just as good as the 1st
This was our 2nd stay at this hotel, really enjoyed it again and will be coming back! This time we came with a baby and the hotel were really accommodating. Fernando and Sara at the pool bar were really friendly and helpful as always!

How Arrogant!
When you call the hotel the message you get says they care about their guests and their surroundings but how wrong that is. The hotel plays exceptionally loud music thumping out from their roof top bar dominating the surrounding area and when you complain they hang up on you telling you they will play music, even there is no-one in the bar, until 11pm preventing anyone getting to sleep. I asked to speak to the manager and they refused and hung up again. Will never use MYND again and I would recommend you dont either if you want to sleep. If you like thumpy club music then book away, but Callao Salvaje is a peaceful place and doesnt need an open air disco till 11pm!
