Great two day getaway
I’m currently here on a two day stay for my birthday. Wow didn’t I pick a nice hotel bang in the middle of everything I want. Hotel staff have been lovely we’ve had an issue with one of cards and it was quickly resolved luckily we have got the most convenient room for us to try it out (104). Breakfast lovely service great. Can’t comment about about dinner as I won’t be eating here. Lovely pool area and a solarium on first floor. Really chilled. Will definitely come back.

Top marks for hotel and staff
Went with my wife to celebrate my birthday and the hotel and staff were brilliant, we were greeted by Luca on the main desk who was amazing with everything we needed. The bar staff led by Sergio were totally exceptional and he even recreated an Old Havana cocktail for me, which was delicious. Breakfasts were buffet style and overseen by Conchi, a super efficient and super helpful young lady. We had an ocean view room and even were given a bottle of Cava to celebrate my birthday. We will definitely be back here to what has to be our idea of heaven and my own personal happy place. Well done Hotel Plaza and your amazing staff and we look forward to seeing you again next year

Wow! can’t fault this hotel at all, breakfast which is included in the price is top notch, the hotel itself is in a great location, rooms are spotless, no sunbed wars, staff are beyond kind and professional, I will definitely be back 100 %

Amazing hotel
Just spent 4 nights in this amazing hotel with my sister We were greeted by Luca very friendly and professional as all other staff were too!! Couldn’t help you enough The hotel is spotlessly clean and location is perfect Breakfast was included in price and again faultless spoilt for choice We have recommended this place to family and friends and will definitely be returning

An excellent hotel with excellent staff
It's the location and staff which set this hotel apart. The hotel is centre stage in Santa Ponsa adjacent to the main roundabout in the centre of town. This roundabout also accommodates the taxi rank and bus stops to everywhere. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including Italian, Indian, Steakhouses, Chinese and fast food outlets. The staff are very helpful, always smiling and friendly, in particular Luca and Leah (who arranged a boat trip for us) on reception, Conchi in the restaurant and Beldine in Harry's bar. The food in Harry's Bistro (where we dined twice) is exceptional, with an added bonus of 20% off the bill for residents. Our room 202 overlooked the front. If you went to bed before 11.30pm, you could hear noise from Harry's Bar but later than that, it was fine. The room size was adequate which doesn't bother us, we sleep and change in the room, that's all. No time on the balcony nor watching TV. The A/C was brilliant. The only criticism was only two drawers in the wardrobe. There were 2 bedside tables, these could easily be units with 2 drawers to treble drawer space. The hotel was spotless and Santa Ponsa itself is very clean. I was concerned, when looking at the hotel photos, that there may be insufficient sun loungers. The pool area is not large but at no time, and I know the hotel was full a couple of days we were there, was there a shortage of sun loungers, chairs or parasols (which have wheels for easy movement). Also, there was no putting out towels early to bag sun loungers. There is also a mix of shaded and full sun areas. I didn't go in the pool, it was too cold for me, but many did. Being adults only, the pool area was quiet and peaceful. I spoke to people who had visited this hotel on 6 and 9 occasions and I can see why. I would certainly return, something that, in 60 years of holidaying, I've never done before.
