The newly refurbished Tomir Portals Suites is conveniently situated in the centre of Portals Nous, overlooking the beach of Costa d'en Blanes and the Mediterranean Sea. Perfect as usual Reception staff, fantastic Accommodation, fantastic Housekeeping, fantastic. The bar's and restaurants,are exceptional, special thanks to Juan and Alejandro for their service help, and professionalism had a fantastic 8 day's looking forward to our return Kind regards to all the exceptional people working in this fabulous place

Such good value
What a gem of a hotel this is!! Stayed for the third time last week and the standard was as high as ever. Welcoming, friendly and efficient staff, the buffet breakfast is excellent and the food and drinks at the poolside bar also very good. We stayed in one of the newly refurbed suites with a sea view which we settled into very nicely and soon felt like we were home from home. All in all a very relaxing and pleasant stay as usual. Looking forward to returning.

A big thank you to Carmen and all the friendly staff at the Tomir Hotel that made are holiday so special and can’t wait to return next year, hotel spotlessly clean , breakfast excellent, and restaurant food excellent,( my steak was actually better than the one I had in flanigans). Hospitality at its Finest !
Can only describe our stay as a Pleasure !!! We were met with nothing but warmth and kindness by Carmen at check in . She made us feel at home , recommended great spots around the island and most of all made us laugh after a long journey .
The roof top is gorgeous , (I recommend the Burger up there) , the rooms are clean and beautiful and the service is impeccable. We Loved the spa, the mojitos + Sangria, the ambiance and attention to detail . You are right by the bus stop so its easy to get to Palma and other areas to explore . Breakfast was tasty and had lots of choice too .
We met other holidays who had returned here after visiting before , and we can see why <3 Highly recommend ! Wonderful staff and atmosphere.
Thankyou again to Carmen, you add so much life and soul to an already lovely place. Thanks for going the extra mile to celebrate with us !
Excellent hotel
We have just returned from a four night stay at the Tomir. The hotel was recommended to us by friends, and I also read the many reviews on Tripadvisor. This was my first holiday in Spain, and the hotel did not disappoint. Everything was first class, so clean and modern. Our room had been refurbished in 2025 and it was outstanding. All of the staff were wonderful, but a special mention must be made of Carmen, who was absolutely fabulous. You felt that she genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay and she went out of her way to make you feel welcome. Even the bad weather we experienced on our last day didn't dampen our spirits. We will definitely be returning.
