Girls Trip
Had a lovely experience here for a girls trip, the staff were friendly and super helpful! The room was clean and spacious with a lovely view of the sea. Food and drinks were reasonably priced, and we had a great time relaxing by the sky bar/ pool- which is also a great spot to watch the sunset. A perfect spot to enjoy the pool and beach, with a 10 minute taxi into the centre to shop and find the perfect lunch spots to people watch. Would definitely return!

Great hotel, right on beach, very good value for money, food is good I would not say the best selection but it's good, hotel is very clean , staff are really nice and I think if you package it up it's a lovley hotel and value for money the atmosphere is really good also I would come vack

60th birthday celebrations
Just got home from a week at this hotel to celebrate 60th birthdays. There was no entertainment in the evenings although the write up promised a DJ on the roof bar terrace 3 nights a week during the high season - the only daytime entertainment was a saxophone player on one afternoon for 3 hours. Some of the staff were quite rude; however Stephanie went above and beyond to deal with any issues that occurred. The local area and Palma town does not appear to enjoy holiday makers (especially the English) and we experienced some very rude and dismissive service.

Great holiday
Absolutely beautiful hotel staff are great food is very good , great location just 8 minutes from the airport ,special mention for Stephanie the bar manager the best customer service ive come across and the fact she is also English helps a lot as some staff have a little trouble understanding she is a great asset and member of staff to this hotel . We will definitely return again
