This beautiful hotel with a modern and sophisticated style is located in the island of Majorca, just about 10-minute drive away from the airport and 15 minutes from the centre of Palma where there are several restaurants, cafes, bars and many shopping opportunities. Very nice hotel with renovated rooms and very good food we had (for lunch we tried)
Lovely hotel.
Great hotel. Rooms clean. Ours was a side sea view. We didn't use the pools or sunbeds as the weather was chilly and windy, but looked clean. Rooftop bar and comfy seating was lovely. Breakfasts were plentiful and enjoyable. Despite being b&b we paid extra for two evening meals during our stay which were lovely, great selection of food especially for my friend who is vegetarian. Great location with bus stops outside, 20 minutes into Palma. Lovely to walk along the prom outside our hotel and nice sandy beaches.

Good all round Staff very helpful could do more food choice at the Bar. Indoor Pool very nice. Lovely shady garden.

Sadly….a dump
As a seasoned traveller this hotel baffled me. Great location and good infrastructure. It starts and finishes at the front desk. No eye contact. An obvious dislike of the visiting paying customers. I was ignored three days running with issues related to maintenance. The place needs more staff to maintain the outside areas. Overflowing bins and unswept areas. The smoking areas are both at the front door and at the rear entrance. So you have to pass through a hale of smoke to enter or leave. Lots of smoking in the bedrooms also. The morning buffet is adequate. The dinner is very school canteen. The bar staff are alright. Just one or two enjoying scolding people for whatever. The room was small but very well cleaned. Don’t book this place as there is a lot of hotels in the area.

A shame
Great location, only 10 mins taxi from the airport and right on the beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. We hired bikes from the hotel for €12 a day and cycled to Palma - about 6/7 miles away. On arrival in the hotel we were greeted by a lovely fresh scented bright airy lobby and reception area. The room was small but clean , great shower and side sea view. This is where the positives end unfortunately. The fresh scent in the lobby faded quickly to be replaced for the remainder of our stay by an awful sewage/ drainage smell which extended to the stairway. The smoking area is outside the front door so you have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in and out the hotel. There are lifts but they are tiny- you can squeeze 4 people into one lift . The lifts are also extremely slow. The breakfast looked good but unfortunately the reality was very different, the cooked breakfast items were cold , the coffee and fruit juice were cheap and awful tasting. The staff were polite but not welcoming or friendly . We had reason to email the hotel after our stay and the communication left a lot to be desired. I wouldn’t stay here again and sadly wouldn’t recommend it to other travellers.
