Amazing hotel
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and absolutely loved everything! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing vacation.
We truly enjoyed our time here and have only positive memories from our stay. Thank you for making our vacation so special! We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Exceptional 4⭐ hotel, with fantastic facilities, superb food, and a team of genuinely friendly staff
My partner and I have just returned from a wonderful couples' weekend at the HM Balanguera Beach Hotel in Playa de Palma, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay.
For a 4-star hotel, the standard is exceptional. The facilities are excellent, with everything maintained to a high standard, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our visit.
What really made the stay special was the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and professional. They consistently went above and beyond to help, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble from the moment we arrived until we checked out.
The food also deserves a special mention. The quality was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh, well-prepared dishes at every meal. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, everything was beautifully presented and full of flavour.
Overall, this was an excellent stay and exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend HM Balanguera Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break in Playa de Palma, and we will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our weekend so memorable!

Great Hotel gym. Every time again!
Nice for a relaxing stay
I have returned to this hotel as a solo traveller because it is clean, feels safe, close to the airport and gives me the choice of the pool or the beach. The rooms are comfortable, and the air conditioning was very welcome against the hot and humid weather. Mostly, my experience this year was great.
Two small points:
- It was incredibly offputting to have a member of staff jump into the pool with a bucket and sponge to scrub the sides of it on a few days, while it was in use by guests. The downstairs pool has relatively short 'opening hours'... cleaning during the closed times seems like a much better solution, both to enable the cleaning to be thorough and for the experience of guests.
- It was frustrating that many guests 'reserved' sun loungers on the side furthest from the hotel (which get the sun earliest in the day) only to leave them empty or immediately put up umbrellas, making the whole area shady. There is plenty of natural shade if that's a preference. A firmer stance on reserving sun loungers when the pool area is quite small would be appreciated.
