Lovely holiday
Just returned from our first visit to Zafiro Bahía and it did not disappoint! Friendly staff, clean modern hotel and great choices of food and drink. Bonus was no early morning dash for a sun lounger! Will definitely visit again
Perfect family holiday with a toddler — we can't wait to come back
Perfect family holiday with a toddler — we can't wait to come back We stayed as a family — my wife, our 2-year-old son and me — and the whole experience was great from start to finish.
We booked through Booking.com and took the discounted airport taxi option ($75 instead of $90) with Mistertransfer. It was well worth it — the driver was waiting for us at the airport with the child seat we'd requested, and the ride to the hotel was very smooth.
Check-in was friendly and quick. The room was large, with plenty of space and a good-sized balcony — big enough for our son to push his stroller around while watching the buses pass in front of the hotel, which kept him entertained.
There are pools for everyone, including a 2-year-old. Our son had a lot of fun going down the slides and playing in the water. The pools close at 6pm, but the beach is only 5 minutes away and very easy to get to, so we'd head there afterwards for some sand play and a splash in the waves.
Meal times were very well organized, with friendly staff and plenty of food. The all-inclusive experience was pleasant and completely stress-free, and our son loved it as much as we did.
Overall, we can't wait to go back next year.

Good hotel and experience
The location was perfect, the beach is a 30 second walk. The workers were very helpfull and nice. And the rooms were big and nice. We had no problem with noise in our room. The room was clean but the tableware and glasses cleanes could be better. And a nice show and kahoot every night.
Five star 🌟
We have repeatedly stayed at various Zafiro hotels and have never been disappointed. Food amazing consistently, alcohol and soft drinks are very good brands and not generic ones.. No hassle with sunbeds. We travel as a very large group of multiple families and staff are also accommodating to us. Would highly reccommend this chain of hotels and will be returning for the 11th time next year. Staff are just amazing throughout and so so friendly and fun. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟great for all age groups young and older.

Lovely holiday!
Loved our time at this hotel. The food is great and varies per day. The drinks are delicous and there is a lot to choose from. The staff was very lovely and open for a chat. Special shoutout to Gemma and Miguel for making our holiday special and fun!!
