This lovely hotel is located in the attractive, quiet resort of Playa de Muro. The spectacular sandy beach is just a stone's throw from the hotel and it is just 3 km to the centre's copious shops and other entertainment attractions. It is well worth paying a visit to the neighbouring nature reserve.
The building was constructed in 1995 and consists of 5 floors and a total of 265 apartments. Guests are offered a beautiful, large garden and pool area, a substantial lobby with lifts, a currency exchange counter and a 24-hour reception. There is also a supermarket, bicycle hire, a café, a snug bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and high chairs available for small children. Business guests may make use of the Internet access. Guests may also use the medical assistance if necessary. Younger guests may enjoy letting off steam in the play area or in the kids club. The Hotel is open from March to October. All of the en suite rooms are stylishly furnished and fitted with a hairdryer, a comfortable lounge area, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a food preparation area, air-conditioned, central heating, a hire safe and a balcony or a terrace. The hotel enjoys its own indoor swimming pool, a pool with a children's paddling pool, a snack bar, parasols and sun loungers, a gym and a spa area with a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a solarium and relaxing massages. Guests are spoilt by the hotel's big offer of sporting activities. The hotel organises a diverse entertainment programme on a daily basis. There is a fine buffet available at breakfast and in the evening. In the evenings there is also an á la carte menu on offer. It is possible to book a half-board stay.
This hotel is suitable for cycling breaks and welcomes cyclists from all over the world. The hotel boasts facilities to support both the leisure and professional cyclist.

Very good but terrace facing east is too hot and there is no cover. Room is very good and lovely AC.
Summer vacation
Very nice as a vacation for families with young children. Lots of pools, especially for the age of 5-13 year olds. We could hear the family above us moving the chairs and takling loud. All inclusive is Great.

Not poor not great average
The selection club pool was amazing apart from people who didn’t pay to be in it they were kicked out but kept coming back.the reception staff were rude but the selection club and costumer service manager was welcoming and nice. A chair broke when someone sat on it who weighed about 75kg and all they said is where is the chair not how are you.the food was alright at a push.the cleaners were excellent.it is nearby to shops and the shop in the hotel is good.it is average for the amount you pay. The waiters at the hotel were lovely.
A wonderful hotel with excellent service!
We had a fantastic stay at Viva Blue & Spa and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
The hotel itself is excellent, with outstanding service from the staff throughout our stay. We also had access to the Selection Service, which was a great addition. Anaïs was incredibly helpful, explained everything clearly, and was always available whenever we needed assistance. The WhatsApp communication was especially convenient and made everything very easy.
The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options available every day, so there was always something for everyone. The hotel offers plenty of activities for children during the day, while adults can also enjoy a range of facilities and entertainment.
The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, and there are several small shops nearby, which is very convenient.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Viva Blue & Spa to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable—it was truly a pleasure to be your guests!
Fantastic holiday
Spent a week at the viva blue with my family it’s was incredible from the moment we arrived everything was perfect, the hotel and its grounds were spotless and well maintained
We travelled with our 3 grandsons aged 9 , 3 and 10 months so emailed the hotel before our arrival for a cot and rooms together which wasn’t a problem for the hotel,
The rooms were perfect so spacious and spotless, great shower, air conditioning and small kitchen which was ideal with having a baby
The highlight of our trip was the amount of activities for our 3 grandsons the entertainment team were excellent especially the shows of a night but the facilities for kids is incredible the pools cover all ages from small baby’s to teenagers then there’s a park with bouncy castles and swings plus arcade kept our 3 entertained all day plus the shop on site as everything you need for children and reasonably priced
Dining at viva blue was also excellent there was something for everyone the main dining hall was very good but the poolside bar food was amazing but the à la carte food is incredible we had a wonderful meal on our last night
Everything about this hotel is fantastic but what makes it perfect is the staff, every member is so friendly and carnt do enough for you nothing was ever a problem, always chatting to you and smiling
