Please be cautious that this hotel does not have a designated garage or parking spaces if you have a car. Staff was nice and friendly. Our room was average and we noticed throughout the days that ants would come into the room somehow. Be aware that the pool closes early at 1900 every night and if you get half board with drinks included that doesn’t mean your drinks are unlimited at any time and there is no alcohol included either. You can only get your soda drinks “unlimited” during breakfast and dinner. Also, there were times where we had to shower in cold water with low pressure from the water head (this was terrible with our 2 young children). Food wasn’t terrible but not the best either. The entertainment during the day was good and inclusive to anyone who wanted to participate.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic family holiday at AluaSun Continental Park. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from a beautiful beach, which made it perfect for our family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing and welcoming.
The food was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options every day. There was something for everyone, and we really enjoyed every meal.
The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help with a smile. We would especially like to thank the entertainment team, especially Linda and Lida. Their energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude were amazing. They made everyone feel welcome, brought people together, and created a fun atmosphere every day. They are a real credit to the hotel.
Thank you to everyone at AluaSun Continental Park for making our holiday so special. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future.
A week in Mallorca
Overall, I had a pleasant stay even though they can the air conditioning was poor, rooms were small and hotel would benefit from several upgrades. The pool was a good size, the buffet had many options, the staff was friendly but more importantly the location was wonderful (close to beach, restaurants and grocery shops).

Better than our expectation
All the experience in our stay was very positive. Very weel located near the beach. All the infrastructure is very well preserved and design to have a smooth vacations with your family. The staff is probably the best point of the hotel, very friendly and always worried about our baby.

A wonderful family holiday that exceeded our expectations
We had a fantastic stay at AluaSun Continental Park, and overall our experience exceeded our expectations.
The biggest asset of this hotel is, without a doubt, the people. From the moment we arrived, Silvia at reception made us feel welcome and at home. In the restaurant, Teresa and Adela were always smiling, kind and attentive, while the gentlemen at the bar were equally friendly and professional. A special thank you also goes to Linda from the entertainment team—our little boy absolutely loved the mini disco every evening, and her energy was amazing. The housekeeping team also deserves recognition for keeping our room spotless every single day.
The food was very good, especially during the first five days. Everything tasted fresh, and we genuinely looked forward to every meal. Towards the end of our stay, the menu became a little more repetitive, but this is only a personal opinion.
One thing that really surprised us was the comfort of the beds. We slept so well that I’m now looking for similar mattresses for our home! 😊
A few small suggestions for improvement:
- The air conditioning could be a little more powerful during extremely hot days.
- A microwave in the room, or at least one on each floor, would be very helpful for families with young children.
- The connecting rooms are a great idea for families travelling together, but the sound insulation between them could be improved.
- The evening entertainment was enjoyable, but after the mini disco it was already bedtime for our little boy. We appreciated that the hotel offered us a quieter room, but it would have meant giving up our larger room and balcony, so we decided to stay where we were.
Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and created beautiful family memories. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, professionalism and hospitality. You made us feel truly welcome.
