Opened in 1997 and refurbished in 2008, the family-friendly Prinsotel La Dorada enjoys an excellent location in the heart of the Platja de Muro area, only 150 metres away from the fine sandy beach going on almost endlessly and the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea, and just next to the beautiful S'Albufera Natural Reserve, which can be visited for free. Puerto de Alcúdia and Can Picafort are 5 and 6 km away, respectively, and can be easily reached by a regular bus connection. The aparthotel is constructed around a wonderful pool and garden landscape with 1,500 m2 of pool surface including children's pools. Younger guests will love the mini-club or the playground, while the parents get pampered and relax in the fantastic spa area. Sports facilities such as mini-golf, cycling or windsurfing are available. This hotel is perfect for a family holiday under the Mediterranean sun.

A Perfect Family Getaway in Beautiful Mallorca 🌴☀️
We had a fantastic stay at Prinsotel La Dorada and would happily return. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with spotless rooms, lovely pools, and a relaxing atmosphere that is perfect for families as well as couples. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the stunning Playa de Muro beach and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel well looked after throughout our stay. The entertainment was enjoyable without being overwhelming, and there were lots of activities for both children and adults. Overall, it was a relaxing, enjoyable holiday with excellent service, great facilities, and a wonderful location.

Wonderful family stay at Prinsotel la Dorada
We had a fantastic time at Prinsotel La Dorada and couldn’t have asked for a better family holiday.
The hotel facilities are excellent and it’s clear that so much thought has gone into creating an environment where families feel welcome and genuinely looked after. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive and always willing to help, making us feel valued throughout our stay.
What stood out most to us was the care and effort that goes into creating such a family-friendly atmosphere. This meant the world to us, especially travelling with our daughter, who is at such a wonderful age where she absorbs everything around her and learns something new every single day. The mini disco, the entertainment, the interactions with staff and the welcoming environment all became part of her little adventure, and seeing her smile and grow in confidence made our holiday incredibly special.
A very special thank you goes to Tatiana and Fatima in the restaurant. They were exceptionally kind, friendly and caring towards both us and our daughter from the very first day. They always greeted us with genuine smiles, made our little one feel so special, and turned every breakfast and dinner into something we genuinely looked forward to. Their warmth, patience and natural kindness created memories we’ll cherish long after returning home. They are a real credit to the hotel.
Thank you to everyone at Prinsotel La Dorada for giving us such a memorable holiday. We left with beautiful family memories and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, welcoming and truly family-oriented place to stay.
AMAZING hotel, we highly recommend it!
Amazing hotel and absolutely perfect for families! We are a family of four with two children, ages 3 and 6, and we even had the chance to truly relax while watching the kids enjoy the kiddie pool.
We were treated with so much care and hospitality by the entire F&B team. Tatiana and Enzo were wonderful and, on one occasion when we needed some extra assistance, they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
David and the Sports Bar team also made us feel completely at home, especially during the World Cup matches, when things were understandably very busy and hectic. Despite the crowds, they always made us feel welcome and well looked after.
We highly, highly recommend Prinsotel! We had such a wonderful experience and truly hope to be back.

A perfect family holiday
We had the most lovely week as a family of four with a 4 month old and 3 year old! The kids club was an absolute highlight - Alex, Vanessa and the whole Animacion team were the delight of our 3 year old daughter’s holiday. The kids club activities, splash pool and water activities, and mini disco (MINI MINI DISCO)! It was so well done, and really left a lasting impression -we’re still trying to recreate some of the vibe at home,
Outside of the kids club, the hotel itself was also really lovely. The breakfasts are great, rooms extremely comfortable, and outside space lovely to be in. The hotel is also located just across the road from the beautiful beach, and a short bus ride into the Alcudia old town. All in all, perfect family holiday.
