This is an excellent hotel in a great location. The staff are amazing and their first response to any question is always positive. They look at how they can help in a ‘can do’ type of way.
The place is spotless and the cleaning in every area of the hotel is constant. We’ve been going for many years and feel there’s an aim to be continually improving things. In a time when temperatures are rising, the availability of the shade in the trees is fantastic for cooling off with a welcome breeze from the beach.
Stunning location with excellent food, drink and variety of activities for all ages. Special shout out to Katya. Morning yoga by the beach is a joy and so peaceful before my son wakes up of a morning. Katya curates a new routine each day and is such an upbeat positive person. She truly is the star of Iberostar. They are lucky to have such an amazing lady on their team.
It is a very nice hotel and the staff are attentive and friendly, however, as an 'older couple' we found this hotel far too noisey. We have never been to a hotel with so many children and sadly there were no 'adult only' areas around the pool or in the buffet restaurant. We found ourselves going later to dinner just to avoid the children. Yes, the hotel is on the beach, a private beach, so if you want to make use of the loungers and parasol it's 21 euroes per day!! The beach is OK but not one of the best we have been on. We had a standard room which was small but perfectly formed, however, we were both not keen on the open bathroom with the room door opening directly in to it. I was caught out by the cleaners one day. If you have children it would be a good choice but we have 'been there and done that' so we shall be checking the adult only box from now on.
Amazing hotel staff exceptionally helpful. Managers constantly asking if we had everything we needed. Food was delicious with a great variety of good quality offerings. Everywhere was clean and well looked after. Little touches were fabulous like surprise chocolates in room. Would have liked a kettle in room and a mirror by the plug sockets that I could sit in front of but these are minor things that I easily lived without. Overall it was the nicest hotel I have been to for a very long time.
Absolutely stinks of human sewage throughout the hotel due to broken or poor sanitation/sewage blockage, toilets near pool closed trying to fix.
Drinks are crap and given the all inclusive cheap stuff when half board and paying premium prices
Food excellent in evening, though some things taste of chemicals/bleach
Diabolical location, just a main road full of souvenir shops selling cheap Chinese crap, again at premium prices. Would never come here again.
Staff amazing, really great people.
Hotel rooms clean but form over function, very small.
Beaches fantastic but have to pay 20+ euros for 2 beds and umbrella as not part of hotel.
Nightmare situation with sun beds at hotel with no availability if you go down after breakfast, all gone, towels everywhere with nobody actually lying on them, plus 20 euros per towel de
