This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Playa de Muro, just 800 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach. Inviting shopping areas with shops, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. The Airport can be reached within an hour drive. The welcoming 340 rooms come with everything added for guests to guarantee a pleasant stay. There are three swimming pools in the outdoor complex, two of them for all the guests and one only for adults, as well as a sun terrace furnished with sun loungers. Those wishing to relax may kick back in the hot tub and sports enthusiast may make use of the hotel tennis courts and the in-house gym. Guests can enjoy at the buffet restaurant with a wide variety of dishes for all meals or drink at the bar.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every part of our holiday. It was almost perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel at home throughout our stay. We chose the all-inclusive package, and it was excellent, with plenty of good food and drinks available throughout the day. One thing we really appreciated was that the hotel has three different pool areas. This meant there was plenty of space for everyone, and there was never any need to rush out early to reserve a sunbed. It made for a much more relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The only small area for improvement would be the main breakfast buffet. It seemed to be aimed mostly at UK families, so we would have appreciated a little more variety to cater to different tastes. That said, we often chose to have breakfast at the pool bar instead, and the food there was fantastic. The chicken baguette deserves a special mention—it was honestly the best we've ever had! The activities offered by the hotel were also great and kept both adults and children entertained. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We would definitely love to come back!
Mosquito horror show
Really bad review and I know not a lot you can do about it. But no one is really saying how bad the mosquitos are. Lovely hotel location pools beach etc but not the best holiday when all the family eaten alive by the pesky things. Family of 5 and over a hundred bites and only day 2 no joke. Completely spoilt our holiday. I wouldn't return just for that alone shame but no one wants that. One of the party has 5 bites on face.
Lovely week spent at EIX Lagotel Holiday Resort in Majorca
Location of hotel really suited us. We like walking and there was a nature reserve on one side and large lake on the other. Also a short bus trip away from Alcudia old town. Hotel had a good atmosphere with a mix of ages and nationalities. Our room was a very decent size with a good balcony. It included a fridge and a kettle. We found the cost of drinks to be very reasonable. This was all we needed to purchase as we were half-board which we thought was reasonably priced. Rooms were cleaned daily so always kept very clean. Can't comment too much on noise level as our room overlooked the nature reserve and not the entertainment area but we certainly had no issues with noise. All the staff we dealt with were extremely friendly and provided a very good service. This included reception staff, dining room and bar staff, as well as the cleaning staff. It was very much appreciated that we were able to have a cold buffet after a late evening arrival and also an early breakfast ahead of an early morning pick-up.

Myself and partner came to this hotel at the start of the month and was greeted very warmly at the reception and given all the relevant information needed, all the staff were so kind during our stay.
The hotel is amazing and great value, the rooms and always clean, the view is great, the shower is amazing, I would highly recommend this hotel if you're a young couple looking to get away as it is great value.
We only booked the bed and breakfast as we like to venture out and explore. The breakfast was good and had options of a fry up, fruits, toast or pastries. Then if you're like us and want to venture out, there's so many restaurants about a 10 minute walk away from the hotel, all on the same way to the beach (which by the way, the beach is also amazing, would highly recommend!!)
There are multiple pools for everyone to enjoy, the main one is for the families, they have activities on throughout the day to keep the kids entertained. There's another across the road, it's 3 pools of different depths and then finally you have the adults pool (my favourite) this one is located right opposite the main entrance of the hotel and you'll get to see a little duck coming around that pool too! It's very friendly.
There's a small shop inside the hotel too, it has everything you'll need, but if not, there's more shops a 10 minute walk away. Bar service is great, with many drink options.
Also great entertainment on in the evening from around 8pm and bingo at 9pm!!!!
I'd highly recommend this hotel, I'm hoping to go back next year!!
