Amazing staff, great location, just brilliant !
Exceptional - what an amazing hotel
Fantastic retreat in the heart of Palma, Mallorca
Summum is a fantastic boutique hotel located in the heart of Palma. It feels really relaxing and luxurious at the same time in the best way imaginable from the moment you walk in. The check in experience was a breeze and includes a glass of Cava being served to you no matter what time you arrive. The staff are absolutely incredible and will go out of their way to make sure you have a fantastic experience. I had dinner at their restaurant which was also phenomenal. Their spa is also incredible and the hotel is incredibly private with only 18 guest rooms so you get the Spa to yourself usually. I will be staying here again when I visit Mallorca next with my family.

Amazing hotel

We had an amazing time at your hotel, the entire staff was phenomenal! Professional, warm and friendly! Our best experience ever!!! From the time we checked in, it felt like home!
Couldn’t Have Asked for More
We stayed at Summum Hotel for our wedding, and honestly couldn’t have picked a better place.
From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and genuinely wanted to make sure we had the best stay possible. We stayed in the bridal suite, which was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place for the bridesmaids to get ready and for our pre-wedding photos.
The hotel also let us use different areas for photos and were more than happy to accommodate our photographers and groomsmen. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The team went above and beyond with a number of requests that were well outside what you’d normally expect from a hotel, and they always did it with a smile.
The location is fantastic, the hotel itself is stunning, and the service is genuinely exceptional. Staying here was a big part of making our wedding weekend so special.
We’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Summum Hotel to anyone visiting Palma.
