Great Palma base
Fantastic hotel in the old town The staff particularly Luciano and Meriem were very helpful and friendly.
Great Hotel
Beautiful Hotel in the heart of the Old Town. Lovely rooms great breakfast though a bit expensive. Great Beach Club with free shuttle. Luciano very helpful.

Lovely location in Old Town, highly walkable, wonderful service extensive breakfast buffet. Rooms are large, ours was two story. Very large bathrooms. My only nit is you have to get your luggage up the stairs. A nice amenity is access to Puro Beach Club Palma, with shuttle transport. If you have Luciano or Meriem helping you, you can only expect excellent service.

Quiet luxury in the old town
What a lovely gem of a hotel. The flow room we booked is delightful. Very spacious with the lots of small details that make it a 5 star property. We only stayed 1 night but the service from Sophia at reception to the quiet luxury of the vibe , old town location and proximity to the cathedral and other sites was fantastic. Wonderful hotel

Fantastic hotel for our weekend break.
The welcome at Puro Grand was fantastic with a glass of cava & being shown to our room. The room was very comfortable. Housekeeping fantastic. The rooftop terrace was a great spot to unwind. Wonderful location. We would not hesitate to return.
